  I have paid this company multiple times with a promise that they will deliver us the goods. We have them about $200,000 in total with multiple transactions. They wrote a contract which I have it with. They promised that they the quality merchandise that we were looking for but they are fraud. They took the money and send us very poor quality of goods they are pretty much like trash. The merchandise they supposed to send us are used shoes, belts, bags, toys, hats and jeans. They should be in the premium quality. They ship us 3 40ft containers but the quality is very bad. The first container was supposed to be shoes in premium quality but it was halt empty and the shoe were rotten old tear and not type were specify. The second container were supposed to be premium mix household stuff never open donations but they were just old clothing. The third container was supposed to be some shoe and accessories to make up for the last two containers because he didn't send us the right items but it gotten worst, only 10bags of old shoes accessories and the rest are bales of old shirts and pants. None of his merchandise are as specify on the tag. He is a scammer, he uses his business as a scam and fraud to take people's money and send them trash. Please help me report him to the law so they can prosciutto him because he refused to refund money nor give us the right kind of merchandise.

I request for the return of the money because you did not run your business on a good standing business. I have attached below the evidence to proof that you did not supply us with the goods as described in your invoices. I have paid you in total about $210.000 as I have attached in the original complaint, unfortunately I can not submit those receipt again because I don't have enough room in the file download, in addition I also have proof in photos, emails, texts conversations, and video conversations through out our whole entire business deal. In the first receipts I have paid you $107,128 for a full 40ft container of shoes, half men and half mix of men, women, and children. I have in the texts conversations that you guaranteed the qulity of those shoes to be in premium quality with good conditions (barely used, look like new). The shoes that were described in your invoice is pack in 100bls caps sacks bag and there should be a total of 300bags weigh 30,000bls. But as shown in the videos, the shoes that were delivered to us is nothing like described above, they were in big boxes, not bagged, not separated by genders nor qualities. The boxes and the shoes were falling a part and were spreading and scattered all over the container, not match in pairs, just messy and the quality as the were trash. I have never encountered this kind of situation in my business deal. So I confronted you about this situation, you admitted to have made a mistake by not giving us the right goods and blamed on your employees for not doing a good job in sorting those goods, really it was all your fault to began with for not having quality control before shipping. You also promised to correct the problem by sending us the right kind of goods in the next shipment, I also have proof that you will make the correction for this matter. The same situation with the second container, I have paid $27,400 for a full 40ft container of credentials, untouched household donations with a guarantee of at least 10% shoes, and normal household used donations but instead you shipped us bales of rags. On January 13, 2022 I have made a deposit of $50,000 for a container of vintage clothing which described in your invoice as ( round neck t-shirts premium quality grad AAA, premium jeans in mix brands levi, wrangler tommy and polo, hawaiian shirts, jeans grade A, army mix, jeans jacket, army tshirt, premium hoodies and flannel shirts. Following that on February 06, 20022 I have paid $25,300 for a full 40ft container of toys and accessories (hats, bags, purses), Regulating these two orders above I have not received any shipment until july of 2022. In the conract you specify that as soon as you receive the deposit or the payment you will process the order right away and it will only take 3 to 4 weeks for the order to be completed. but the deposit was made in January and no goods was delivered until the end of july, and when I asked you about the shipment you just made up excuses as you go to buy time. We made a payment of two containers and only one container was delivered to us,, and a gain the goods was not as described in the invoices, you mentions there were going to be 700bags of goods in the container but they were in big boxes falling apart and bales of mix clothing, there are no premium jeans, no round neck t-shirts in grade AAA, no hawaiian shirt etc... nothing in the invoices were shipped nor were the quality met the criteria. After the 3rd shipment is when i reallized you did not do business on honesty, you run your business on scamming consumers and everything was said or promised are false and lies. You did not intend to make any corrections nor do the right things for us. You have wasted my time and money a long the way. Also many consumers had fall into you scams and lies, as they left so many terrible reviews on google. On top of that you brought your dad and mom to meet me so I believe that you are an honest business man. I have more respect for your patents to help you scamming people. I would never thought in a million year that your innocent looking old folks would be a part in help you earning trust from people so you can easily pull them into your scamming plans. if you still continuei to do this kind of business you will never be suceesfull and ts only a matter of time before the laws catch up to you for running your business on scamming consumers. I demand for a return of all the money that I have paid to you, and a refund only will settle this matter.
