i purchased a vacation package from Platinum Elite Stays on 6/1/2020 for $475. They package included 2 5 day 4 night vacation packages. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions to book travel with no response. I would not like a refund on this package. Envelop ID:*************************************Initial Complaint

On 14 March 2020 I purchased a vacation package from the company, Platinum Elite Stays. The purchase price was $535.99 and I paid with my credit card. The package says that it is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. On 21 June 2022 I attempted to contact the company. The phone number no longer goes through (1-800-819-8475) and the email address provided no longer works ([email protected]). The company website (platinumelitestays.com) simply has links to valid travel agencies. There is nothing there specific to this company. I would like to be able to either: 1) Make a reservation as agreed to, or; 2) Receive a refund of the money I paid.
