            Jairo did not complete the work we agreed to. There were multiple times he never came as scheduled and another incident where he came to reassess the work he needs to get done after some time of not being there,, said he would go to the nearby hardware store and never returned.. I have bank statements of my payments to him through *****, which he recieved more than 50% of the agreed upon work he was supposed to do, and was never completed. I no longer trusted his word or intent, and he was no longer welcome or trusted in my home to complete the work. I would like a partial refund. The kitchen was never painted, he never completed the plumbing and wall renovation that was needed before the counter installation, he never fixed the under sink plumbing, and more that was agreed upon between the initial agreement and add ons. I told him on multiple occasions he had until the end of August to return some money to me for uncomplete work before I pursue legal and professional complaint action. He has not responded or sent any refund.

            The owner ***** quoted us a 5-day bathroom remodel. Not that we ever expected him to meet that deadline, however we did not expect it to go longer than 30-days. More importantly, his quality of work was very poor. Lines are not straight, he left his construction debris throughout the house and garage, and our sink is now leaking. It has been over 2-weeks since he was told of the leak. He has visited once but admitted that he does not know plumbing and needs to bring in additional help. He has not. Stay away from this guy.
