Company a fraud. They advertise you can call them or text when at the Airport but no one answers and it say they have changed the phone number telling you to call another number (Red Flag) It says for you to take some other transpertation if they can't pick you up and they will refund you the cost. I waited for 45 minutes at airport and nothing. I took Uber costing me $18. Thats more than it cost to park there. Once i got there the woman said she doesn't know anything and told me to email the one she gave me for refund. I did email four times in two weeks with no answer. I just send a letter to the FBI fraud department and chamber of commerce to investigate the owner of this place and i'm sure is a criminal hiding behind dirty money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES TO PARK AND AT SAME PRICE OR CHEAPER!

We sent several messages to inform them that we needed to be picked up at Orlando Airport, which is what we were told to do. No one responded. We got a ride with another company back to BMI. Their comment was "It's been a crazy week." No concern or apology was given. We will NEVER use them again.

WORST....PLACE....EVER..... I really wish there was an option for negative zero stars. Their vehicles are not maintained. It struggled to go 40 mph. The seats inside are terrible. Some areas have no padding. Waited over 30 minutes for a pickup. Once it arrived, there were about 10 people. Obviously, all of us did not make it on the bus. And although they are only 5 minutes away from the airport, it took them over half an hour to come back and pick the rest of us up. Drivers do not speak very much English. The buses have no working air conditioning. We had to load our own luggage on our way to the airport. Pay the extra money and go to a legitimate parking place!

Let’s start with the beginning first and fore most I should have looked at the reviews, If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This place needs to be put out of business because they have no idea how to run a real company. To start the VAN that took us to the airport was horrible it ran raggedy and the fumes from the exhaust made me sick. When we got back from our vacation we sat there with a whole other group who waited for someone to come get us for about three hours. After emailing and calling about 50 times with no answer and a full mailbox my family decided to take a taxi to pick up our car. When we got to the lot I asked for a refund for the services and taxi and was told I needed to email them, what caught my attention was the fact that they had the email on a piece of paper right at the front so you know they have had several issues. Customer service was horrible PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I want my refund and an apology for the inconvenience I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

This company is terrible, It was my first time parking with them, On New years eve i was supposed to be picked up at 9;30pm the airline was delay but I'm pretty sure they have the connection to know when an airline are delay. I started calling them right after i got out of plane but no answer just a answering machine i try so many times with no luck there was people also waiting i ask one of the lady and she said she was waiting for over an hour, her husband said i will take a taxi and get there to see what's going on, they said they will let me know as soon as they find out a few minutes later i hear her saying call the police they stole my keys, she came up to me and told me we all have to get a taxi the office doors are open but no one to be found all the cars are unlocked with keys inside, we all had to get a taxi pay extra money pay $20.00 for a 8 minutes drive which they were the ones that was supposed to pick us up, thanks to them my New Years was crash, i was supposed to be with my son and family at 12 midnight. unfortunately i couldn't because of them. I had sinus congestion at the airplane it got worst wasn't feeling good at all waited till yesterday 01/03/2023 to go in person to be treated like I'm crazy he said the were not working that night that they don't owed me nothing because i was asking for taxi money to be reimbursed.. He told me he was gonna call the police for me to leave the place.. This people deserve to be close they're very unprofessional, they need to shut down, doesn't respect people, he said they send emails or messages that were not working i didn't receive nothing show him my phone to prove him, he didn't care but my question to him was so if you guys were not planning to work on Dec 31 why didn't let people know ahead of time, why take people payment? Oh another thing i try to ****** them and they come out with different names, i think that's kind of fishy. Please help us and shut that place down they dont deserve to keep it open..

This company is terrible! It was my first time parking with them. They leave your keys in the car overnight. Then when I arrived at the airport I waited over 45minutes to be picked up while other company shuttles were coming every ten minutes. I called 10 times and I kept receiving a automated text saying " need pick up" finally someone picked up saying a shuttle is coming and they didn't come until an hour. Then the driver arrived and does not speak English who told me " get in get in" when I asked what the hold up was he kept saying " get in" then he was driving 10mins an hour which took us another 35minutes to arrive to where my car was parked.he shut the air off and said engine fire we were all complaining. He would not pull over the van. I put a complaint into goodly reveiws and I wish I read the reviews prior to choosing them. I will never go back they are highly unprofessional and very very unsafe!!!! This business needs to shut down

Left my car with them over the weekend. Read some poor reviews but decided to chance it. NOPE.... believe them. Came back to find all my stuff in my center console and dash had been sorted through. Completely unprofessional. Will not use again.

Terrible service, unprofessional, and very rude, they do not respect the customer. I do not recommend it. They are not responsible for the damage they cause to parked cars. The owner is aggressive with women / disrespectful with customers.
