I am disabled , and need my medicine. I have been receiving medicine from Perform Specialty for about 7 years now , and never had any concerns... On May 3rd , my doctor sent the first script in for my Humira meds , and it was approved by my insurance company on May 4th for an pen injection every week , or 4 per month. I waited a few days hoping my meds would arrive in the mail. On May 9th , i contacted Perform Specialty asking where my meds where ?? I was told that they never received the script for approval. The insurance (Keystone First) approved them on May 4th. Two weeks later , Perform is still playing this simple mindless game. They state 1) they never received the script 2) I will look into this. 3) Your doctor only ordered 2 pens per month. 4) Your insurance never approved this. 5) I need more information. I could name a few more but you get the point. My doctor has sent 6 scripts by fax all stating 4 pens per month. Perform never told me what other information was needed. My insurance company did , and has approved my meds from May 4th until today and going forward. I have much information , faxes , my doctor records , insurance company approvals to validate everything needed , but what i need most is my medicine. It is supposed to be delivered on a monthly basis going forward for the next year. Thats all i want. I am disabled , need my medicine as clarified by my doctor.Business response

They did not need to hold onto my meds for over 3 weeks. They suck. thank you very much BBB.
