I paid $6747.40 on February 16, 2022 as a 30% deposit for Central Florida Outdoor to build a pool screen for my house. This company was recommended by our realtor ********************* who is shown on the first payment I made. I paid a second payment of $6747.40 on August 26, 2022 when they were going to put in a footer. The footer was installed but I had it repaired due to quality issues by a different company. ********************** has been my main contact and he has been a poor communicator and often took several weeks to return emails and never returned texts. I told him on December 6, 2022 via phone that I wanted a refund. I followed up with an email on December 7th and told him if I didn't hear back from him regarding the refund by Friday December 9th , I would seek help as a 62 year old man who has given him $13,495.20 and still doesn't have a pool screen or a date for its completion. I have no confidence in this person or company and just want my money back that he has been able to use for 10 months.
