URGENT 5/10/2023 Another American company receiving one star from me. FRS has made mistakes in the past and I had that feeling when I called on 5/8/2023 and spoke to Mahmud from the call center. On the recent quarterly newsletter, there was an announcement for a Health Insurance Subsidy Benefit. I called multiple times, hold the line, pressed all the right options to speak to that department. Mahmud guaranteed me that I could get it and he emailed me the form to fill in. I told him that I will call the phone # provided to make sure I won’t waste my time. Again, on the phone and I spoke to Angela, Flavia and supervisor Jessica who confirmed that I was again right. I was not eligible to get it. I called the call center and spoke to Mahmud suggesting him to go back to training longer and better. He apologized and at the end of the day I wasted my time listening to him for approximately one hour for something I cannot get. Why should I call multiple times the same company in USA and get multiple different answers? Great questions! It is very common and standard task to do which is time consuming. That is why I never trust the first time I call and speak to the staff. He never worked. Consequently, I need to call back to have an accurate answer. You can see on the attachment all my notes with different staff members. The company forces me to request a supervisor to sometimes solve an issue. Not guaranteed! Nowadays, a supervisor is almost inexistent and the wait is long added to the time calling and writing. A real fiasco situation almost everywhere. I won’t recommend you to invest any kind of funds with FRS. It is an unreliable company. And make sure you call any company more than twice!
