      The worst service ever received from a business/ company that claims to put customer ********************** first. I did hire Massy Services for my lawns in February of 2022 to restore it. After 12 months of services there was nothing to show as far as improvement of my lawn. Few months later, I contacted customer ********************** and complained about the lock of improvement to their service of my lawn. I was told a manager was going to contact me in resolving the problem. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on that call. While I was waiting, service was still being render but with no effect or changes to solve the problem. In June and July of 2023, I did make another call respectively to cancel my subscription/service due to the lock of improvement to my lawns. However, on August 4th 2023, I was billed for another service that I did approved, thinking that my service has been canceled. To avoid going back and forth with Massy Services, I paid for the August service and told them to cancel my service plan with them. It was confirmed by the customer ********************** representative I spoke with that my lawns service has been canceled. Last week, August 12, 2024, I received an invoice of $60.00 for a service in September of 2023 which I did not received. I was also told if I didn't pay the $60 that my credit rating will be affected. I called customer ********************** again and was able to speak with a senior manager who promised to remove the changes. I hope no one goes through this problem. Massy Services dose not have a good customer ********************** repetition, all they want is you MONEY!

      Their receivables **** is horrible. I was trying to pay a bill which they claimed I was past due on, but I claim never received a statement.- Tried paying on-line using my account # but site would not let me in.- Tried calling and when customer ********************** answered I was told they could not take a payment but would have someone call me back who could. Two days now and no call back???- I guess cash flow is not important to them so will continue to wait until they call, and I hope some idiot tells me I am past due!!!

      I hired Massey in Jan 2023 to remove weeds and mow my lawn in the Villages, **. After a year and a half, my yard looked far worse than when they started. Customer ********************** was terrible-- occasionally someone would return my call and promise to go right out and take care of the situation, but I was never able to talk to the same person twice, and the brown spots grew larger and larger. We paid a total of over $2000 and the yard looked terrible. We sold the house in June, and Massey decided when we cancelled service that we owed them for tree and shrub service (they never touched our trees or shrubs!). Over a $110 charge, they have called and emailed me incessantly. They sent someone out to the house (which we no longer own) to harass the new owner and photograph our trees and shrubs (which I personally trimmed). It's ridiculous that they could never get anyone to treat our lawn the whole time we contracted them, but over a $110 charge they suddenly find the manpower. I wish I could attach photos here of the yard-- toward the end it was as much brown as it was grass.

      I have dealt with many businesses over the years and experienced what I thought was the worst customer **********************. Then along comes Massey Services. They are by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. We bought a new home they treated for termites. Each year the termite bond renews and an inspection is done. Since the first one 3 years ago they have scheduled and no show/call every appointment. When you call to complain they dismiss you like it is your fault. One year they scheduled two appointments, they failed to show up. Now on July 18 they once again no show/call for our renewal appointment. I sent an email to MasseyCares to which they said someone from corporate would reach out. After a week of waiting, crickets. The odd thing is right after I sent the email someone removed our contracted services from our account. Second email was sent and some from corporate calls and I explain the situation. When asked why our services we paid for were removed he said he did not know. He offered no solution to the missed appointments other than reschedule, which I declined. I know see why they have a 1 star rating with the BBB. I would caution not to prepay for any services and certainly avoid Massey.

      Massey has been attempting to care for our lawn with pesticides for more than ten years. This year, they killed our grass. There is poor communication about our issue and no reference to solving their poor management with no recourse to help! Their staff did something wrong this year. We have an estimate to re sod and its so expensive. I would NOT recommend this company. They do *** care! We were allegiant to them and they will not own their responsibility of this .

      I canceled my service last may and I paid in full for the whole year. I have not received my refund for the remainder of the year. I had to cancel since Massey service went downhill. I have followed up countless times and been given the same answer that it's in the corporate office

      6/12/2024: a driver tried to hit me while I was taking a picture of the truck's License Plate. The driver parked in front of my house and was in the running vehicle for a while. The truck's exhaust system pointing my direction as I was working on my yard. I approached the driver and asked him to please park in front of the house he was servicing. I told him I didn't have a contract with Massey. He backed-up the vehicle few feet away. He then went to work on the house across the street. After finishing his job, the driver then got in his truck and defiantly moved it in the same spot I asked him to vacate. I went to the back of the truck to take a picture of the license plate and he backed-up his truck almost hitting me. He kept in the same spot, and then he drove a little further, and parked still in front of my house.

      Cancelled service with Massey in February 2024 due to horrible service. Reviewed my bank account in May and was charged $70 for services that were never rendered. I contacted the home office in ************ and ***********, ** twice to request a refund because I cancelled the service almost 3 months ago so why in the world was I charged? I am still waiting to receive a refund. This company is non-responsive with poor customer ********************** and I will never do business with them again. PLEASE RETURN MY $70!!!!

      MASSEY SCAMS WIDOWS!In 2017, my husband and I switched pest control to Massey. We had OK service for a few years. Shortly after my husband died, I paid Massey $3961 to replace my irrigation system. Before I hired them to do this, the system was working OK but they said they would replace it with 100% coverage. I also started paying a fee for quarterly irrigation system inspection. This new system never worked correctly and I was constantly calling them to fix it. ***** died, weeds took over the yard, sprinkler heads (they lied about replacing) were breaking and they kept trying to get me to pay for new heads. They even blamed the pressure from my well though it was the same it always had been! Why wasnt this accounted for in the new system? I was paying almost $200 a month for all their services! The lawn sprayer guy left HUGE areas where weeds started taking over my lawn! The ONLY service they offered that worked was their home pest control! Thank God I have not had to find out if their termite control worked yet. In 5/24, I noticed an entire zone of grass was dying. They accused my lawn guy of breaking a sprinkler head. I hired a reputable irrigation specialist to attempt to fix the broken head. They showed me that the pipe, not the sprinkler head, was cracked in two! I have a picture of the break which occurred 11/23 when the fiber optic company broke it while installing a cable! The zone had NOT worked for 6 months! They also told me there was nothing wrong with my well pressure! They had to replace many sprinkler heads because Massey had installed the wrong ones. The rest of them were not adjusted correctly! Once Massey heard that I had figured out their irrigation scam, they offered to refund 2 of the quarterly charges! I believe they scammed me because I was a grieving widow. Massey needs to either put in the new irrigation system I paid for or refund my money so that I can get a REAL irrigation company to save my lawn. Shame on them!

      Worst Service!! Worst CUSTOMER **********************!!The technician left rudely without completing the service. Gave false information as charging $5 extra for rodent traps. Called in to the office and explained how the technician left without completing the service and the Frisco Manager ****** says that the technician was right and he left because he could replace the rodent traps for free. What kind of customer ********************** is this????? I told him that I have been with Massey from past 10 years and never faced this kind of issue and told him if they are not able to service me in replacing the rodent traps then I would like to go ahead and cancel the services. Manager went ahead and cancel the services.He was not even able to send me the cancellation in written and says he is not obliged to do that and cannot send anything in writing.Very disappointed and dissatisfied with such disrespectful staff.PLEASE DONT USE THEM AT ALL
