I wasn't unaware the Just 4 Dogs was automatically charging me for a monthly service package, when I was in the shop they would ask me if I wanted the monthly package and when I would say yes and they would tell me they were going to charge it to the card on file. I assumed I was giving my consent each time. Due to poor service and my vets recommendation I decided to stop going to Just 4 Dogs for the weekly groom of my 2 dogs. My last appointment was July 21st. In October I realized I had changes on my card from Just 4 Dogs after I stopped going to the **** location. I called the Downtown ******* Office and spoke to the manager, she said she would refund Aug, Sept, and Oct. I never received the credits back to my card and was charged another $150s again in November. I called the manager at the Downtown ******* office and left several messages and she didn't call me back. When I finally got through to her she said she would have to give this to the owner she couldn't do anything but give me a credit for that month (Nov). I've never heard back from the Manager or the Owner and I've never received any credits to my card. And I'm fully expecting to see another $150 charge on my card on 12/20. Past Charges June 20 $60 (appt 6/16)June 20 $66 (appt 6/16)June 20 $150 (charged on 6/19)July 3. $36 (appt was 6/30)July 10 $180 (appt was 7/7)July 20 $150 (charged 7/19)These Charges were never authorized Aug 21 $150 Sep 20 $150 Oct 20 $150 - Called and was told the last 3 charges would be refunded but they never were Nov 20 $150 - Called again because I was charged again and was told this charge only would be refunded and it never was.I would like Just 4 Dogs to stop being charged for this monthly service immediately, as I have been requesting for the past two months. And I would like a refund for the past 4 months charges. These were not authorized.
