  $24,000 was paid to secure a license to own a capuchin Monkey as a personalPet in the **************** an additional$ ******, 99 was paid as a requirement by this company H2H Now they are requesting an additional $18)000.. for theLicense when they are in reciept of the original $24,000.00 listed as a credi and have not supplied me with the policy that was paid in full either I Seeing how i will not pay an additional $18000.00 with no explanation as to why they arent using the original $24000.00 and yet no policy either they sre threatening to cancel me and NOT feturn any of my money They had offered me an opportunity to apeal their decision in which i did and within 5 minutes of recieving they denied saying i had to have my letter signed by florida wild life representatives office ???? This is craazy i just want to be done with this company and receive my money back because they. Have done nothing but take money and continue to come up with more charges that are already paid please note the credit on attached letter Please help me
