I ordered a bottle of Flea Assassin for my new puppy, shortly after that, before it was delivered I realized that I wanted to use a different product so I spoke with the customer service email and the responder said that it needs to be refused at my home and returned to sender or to take it to the post office in order to receive a refund. Once the first bottle arrived, I refused the package and asked my mail man to return to sender so I could get a refund. I waited on the second package I ordered for my older dog to arrive so I can refuse and return to sender as well. However, this never arrived. Instead the post office/company delivered the package to a random mailbox in another city, Therfore I was not able to refuse the package or return to the sender. I proceeded to contact the customer service number and spoke to a very friendly man on the phone who was in the car with his 4 year old daughter. He was very kind and assured me that no matter what he would refund me and investigate this issue and get to the bottom of this. He stated " We get thousands of orders, this is no loss of money for us! Dont worry!" He never responded to me, so this morning so I reached out asking for an update, this was his response: "You tried to scam us from day one. No returned packages unopened and sealed no refund. Easy as that. I am done with you unless one or both of our products are returned to us." This man is incredibly evil, rude and doing bad business, please shut him down- i have never been so badly treated in my life.
