      I have been picking my medication up at $0 cost for the last two years. The other day I went to my pharmacist and they said my medications would be over $200 for the month. I have called Magellan Rx and CVS multiple times to resolve or get any information regarding this issue. MagellanRx has been saying I have been getting charge this amount for months, and CVS shows me that I have been not paying this amount. Now MagellanRx is saying this is because I have not met my deductible, but I have not met my deductible ever and this has never been an issue. They have also falsely accused my insurer, UMR, and my pharmacy, CVS, of withholding information, which is false. They gave me not notice or warning about this happening, or received any information why this decision was made. One call to MagellanRx takes a minimum of an hour and half out of my day, which is one hour of being on hold and 30 minutes of being told information that I have heard numerous times. I have never seen such a lack of care or respect from a business, especially one that I depend on to get the medications I need to live. I ended up finding GoodRX coupons and paid $100 out of pocket this month, and I am furious.

      Company will not fund medication. ********* is unable to be procured in the 1.5 variety and no place in ******** is able to get this medication until the middle of 2024. Leaving many people with out this medication. Magellan is not forward thinking in creative and safe ways to adjust for this issue.

      My health plan requires I use *************************** day pharmacy. Ive been trying to order for a week but cannot log in, just get repeated three dots. When I called the number on the card I was told that the mail order pharmacy site is undergoing maintenance and they had no way of taking orders. Four days later its still not available. MagellanRx needs to provide me a way to get 90 day refills. I travel extensively and cannot go to a pharmacy in other countries.
