I had an unbelievably bad experience with this company. The sales person was very high pressure. He showed no interest in listening to what I was looking for. His sales approach was so pushy and intense that I had to ask him to stop. He then got very angry and aggressive. I felt threatened in my own home.

First let me say that they use deceptive advertising. Their website says Repipe Specialists of Polk County, and it has a local Lakeland phone number which was the number I called. They are not local at all. Repipe Specialists office is in Orlando and the plumbers they used for my job were API Action Plumbing out of Cocoa Beach (3 hours away) and the drywall patch team were from Deland (2 hours away). If local matters to you stop right here and call someone else. Nothing happened on schedule, everything was 1 to 2 days late. The plumbers were extremely messy and did not even try to pickup any of their mess. Even the cut pipe and old shutoff valves were just left all over the floor for me to pick up once they were done. I mentioned something to them and their response was “we are plumbers, not a clean up crew”. I now have an issue with the manor in which they ran the hot and cold water pipes under the kitchen sink. The pipes are just flopping around and not routed correctly or secured. I have asked via phone voicemail and email if the plumbers can return to correct the issue and they seem to be ignoring me. What does this say for the lifetime labor warranty? The drywall patch crew were even worse. Two guys showed up and were only interested in getting the holes patched as fast as they can and get out. All they did was tape the patches, apply two coats of mud and were gone. They did no sanding at all. However smooth they got the mud using the trowel that is how they left it. I am now having to pay a local drywall contractor to come in and fix every patch they did. There is not 1 patch that is done correctly or looks ok.

I just had my house recipes by repipe specialists and I'm so happy I chose them instead of another company. From the start when the salesman came he was honest and explained everything completely. No ** I was told the crew would be here by 9-9:30 and out by 5 everything piping would be done and it was. Matt, Bryan and David were courteous and careful. They explained and answered all my questions. They cleaned up very nice. Then the patch crew came, Roberto, Carlos and Faye. Again courteous careful and very neat with a beautiful finished Job. It is so nice to see a company where all the employees have a excellent work ethic's. The company's survey only rates up to 5 but they all deserve a 10. Anyone looking for a company to repipe this is the one to go with. Thank you again and also compliments to Christie and the other ladies in the office

from initial visit to examine problem to the installation I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. Installation was completed in less time than I thought would take. Clean-up was complete. Later the fixing of holes in wall was completed in short time and very professionally.
