I paid them $7800 to begin the process it took them till March 2023 to get back to me. The county denied the permit and they refused to give me back my money. The contract clearly states that i will get back the majority of my deposit but they are trying to hackle and give me the run around with me and refused to pay me. Terrible pool company..Don and Cindy are.liars and thieves . They took my $7800 deposit which I paid them in Sep 2022 and now it is March 2023 and none of the work was done. The county rejected my work permit and they want to charge me by keeping my deposit. The contract i signed stated i get the deposit back. Also, Don wants to hackel and go around the county by removing my driveway and I said no. He is trying to do anything but to give me the money...they contract and verbally confirmed that I have the right to reclaim my deposit if the county rejects the permit. The permit is not approved. They are haggling and trying to go around the city. Please be careful about this company. They are not trustworthy and will not do anything for you but rob your money.

Daniel ******* and his pool company where they install San Juan pools- are the worst of the worst (World 7 group and playwell pools(. He subcontracts his jobs and they don’t do things properly. The pool was extremely unleveled, beyond the legally approved limit and they had to re-do it but now we have concerns that it can compromise the pool in the future. His guys leave messes when they are on the property and he has people working for him that don’t have a license or know what they are doing. There were several times that they disconnected my water sprinkling system to charge their phones and then left it unplugged without telling me. our contract included electrical work, minus the pool lights because my dad does the pool lights- well Daniel had my dad (without my knowledge) do all of the electrical - when we paid for the services to be done by Daniel’s guys. He kept doing sketchy things like this and I wasn’t sure if it was poor management or if he was forgetting what we agreed to on our contract. Seems like he’s disorganized and can’t keep track of each client’s request because he tries to juggle multiple pool projects at once and confuses requests between them. Finally, Instead of using a power washer like he said he was- he has his guys using my regular watering system to clean things up. Can you imagine the water bill I got ?! I was pissed I can go on and on, too much to type here - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Building a pool is never an easy project. ****** has installed 100's of fiberglass pools, I've built hundreds of Gunite pools. The majority were very successful and done without complaints. It's regularly over a 100 degree's working in the dirt, mud and rain. Our employees do not need a license to work for us. Most are still learning under our supervision and work with other contractors also. I've been in the business of building for over 40 years and everyday I wake up, I try to learn something new. Do things always go like they are planned, No, we adjust adapt and overcome, what is important is that the customer has a pool that was completed, I've been building pools and concrete structures for over 40 years and have been involved with completing many pools that other contractors abandoned and never finished. So, we are not the worst of the worst. Yes we do multiple pools at a time. No contractor could make a living, keep employees or stay in business doing one pool at a time. While we like to stay on top of everything, it's not always possible. She should talk to her father if she's concerned about him working with ******. I've recently been more involved with ****** in an effort to fix some of his production issues. Her pool is finished and beautiful. We still have some work to make our fiberglass division a better place.
