I am filing a formal complaint against Supreme Pools out of Longwood, FL, License*********** and license holder Frank E***** K**** for Fraud. I signed a contract with them back in April 2022. Company took our deposit of $28,350 in April 2022, and just got permit approvals due to many delays on their end due to lack of industry, municipality and code knowledge in January. Finally got permit January 2023, where the owner assured me "we would have water in 60 days". I have since learned they have declared for bankruptcy, but after I gave them additional payments for "Plans, Excavation, Plumbing, Steel, Electric & Gunite" totaling another $45,360. We are over 4 weeks into the build and they have done 4 days worth of work over that span. Meanwhile a pool down the street which started 2 weeks after mine is well past my construction phase, I am still awaiting rebar inspection and Gunite. They consistently come up with excuses and lie's which I have confirmed with the county, in addition to why their contractors cannot make it, what they are waiting on from the county or when they will be out again. They have taken payments for several phases of the construction process, none of which have been completed or passed inspection. I am worried given their bankruptcy status that they do not have the money to finish my project and are of course using my monies to con people into starting more projects they have no intention of finishing. They have many similar complaints online which are easy to find, which starting popping up after I signed with them unfortunately and something needs to be done about this company, they are not fiscally capable of running a company, and are knowingly taking peoples money with no intention of finishing. I have had several conversations with their sub contractors and the former salesperson that is willing to testify to all the dishonesties happening at their company.

I signed a pool contract in Jan 2022 and paid 18% upon signing a contract with Supreme Pools. In September they started work, which required me to provide additional payments (to date 50k), and after working a couple of days, with little to no work started, they told me they would be back. Since then, they stopped by 2-3 times, again making no progress. They stopped all work around 4 months ago and abandoned our project after we paid them almost all of the agreed upon price. I have tried to call, text, email, stop by the office, and they do not respond. They have left a mess in my backyard, including breaking a drain and my reclaimed water main, not to mention nailing my screen door shut. I don't know how this company is allowed to continue acquiring new contracts when they have not fulfilled previous commitments.

On September 16, 2021, we entered into a contract with Supreme Pools for a 12x24 Lagoon style pool for $67,500.00. Multiple versions of the contract, which I have not signed or entered into an agreement with, have been provided, (Violation of Sec. ******. Fla. Stat.) the third version having a total amount $73,500.00. As of November 20, 2022 total payments from myself equal to $63,503.83 and only gunite and backfill have been completed. ******************* has made multiple promises and false statements to obtain payment, (Violation of Sec. ******, Fla. Stat.) made directly to his personal Zelle account, above and beyond the contractual amount stating that the amounts were not exact on the contract and they are "phases" which indicates he has no intention of honoring the contract signed by both parties. *** has demanded full payment of $7,000 which would be $3,003.83 above the original contract total in order to complete the current "phase" of which he has already been paid $11,025.00. *** individually has made multiple false statements and promises without fulfillment. Supreme Pools, to this day, continues to make false advertisements of "No more wait." (Violation of Sec. ******, Fla. Stat.) *** has stated in messages that he needs to finish other projects in order to pay or fund our project and has indicated that our funds were misused by his employee. (Violation of Sec. *******, Fla. Stat.) Desired resolution is a refund in the amount of the cost to have another company finish the project as Supreme Pools has proven their poor workmanship and I worry the finished product would need to be redone.

I signed a contract on 12/6/2021 to have a concrete p*** installed. This company began the project in March and has yet to complete. They are no longer returning calls or emails. There is a group of 40 victims that have been lied to and robbed by this company. I have paid over $60,000 and all I have is a hole in the ground.

On April 11 I paid supreme pools *********. No work or action was taken, a permit was applied for 116 days later on 8/5/2022. On 9/14/2022 I made an additional payment totaling $43,999.29 to supreme pools with with no services rendered. A demand letter was sent via certified mail demanding a refund in full. ******************* the owner deferred all questions regarding my refund to his business attorney who informed me today he does not have sufficient funds to refund me moneys due. *** has ripped off multiple victims and is scamming many people, including myself.

Supreme Worx LLC operates Supreme Pools, CPC: *******. This company entered into a contract with us on 1/27/2022 and has yet to complete the project after taking most of the funds for our contract. We only have a shell with no plumbing, electric, tile, decking or other equipment. The money that was taken from us should have been set aside for equipment and materials. Excavation and a shell do not cost $95,000. The company continues to make excuses as to why they can not move forward with the next phase of our project. I've provided details below. * Failure by Supreme Pools to complete any work on project for over 60 days.* Failure by Supreme Pools to communicate on status of project when we requested a detailed plan with dates to complete our project. * Failure to provide requested details around management of funds totaling more than $95,000.* Failure to start most recent phase of "Tile and Deck Install" that was paid (more than $10,000) for on 8/18/2022. * Owner, *******************, offered to discuss some type of refund (in his words) on 9/21/2022, due to shortage of workforce, but will not take our phone calls to discuss.* Refund was requested for a minimum of the "Tile and Deck Install" phase via text on 10/25/2022, as well as email on 10/26/2022, with no response. * Damage was done to both our fence, as well as our neighbor's fence, by Supreme Pools and has not been repaired.

I signed a pool contract of 105K on April 15, 2022 and paid 25% upon signing to Supreme Pools which equated to $26,288. Supreme Pools has failed to secure permits, has not done any actual work on a pool, and yet has retained all 26K plus of my deposit money. I retained an attorney and had their office send a letter to Raymond T***** on July 22, 2022 canceling the pool contract and requesting a refund of $23,788. I tried to work with Supreme Pools and be fair by offering $2,500 for their "efforts" thus far. I am not the only person this has happened to. There are reviews on********* and Google of people who Raymond T***** has stolen money from altogether or left people with holes in the ground of incomplete pools. He is a thief and refuses to refund money. He claims he is going to file for bankruptcy to some and then to others he uses whatever deposit money he has stolen to finish the pool of other people. He STEALS from "Peter" to finish "Paul's" pool. He refuses to refund my money claiming he has no money. However, there is a family on********* who said he took their 25K deposit and never did any work whatsoever. Then another Google review for a different family said he took 66K from them. Plus my 26K means that he has stolen over 100K on just 3 people. There is a********* group comprised of 37 people and growing, stating Raymond T***** and Supreme Pools has either stolen their money or left them with incomplete pools. Raymond T***** will be the next man on the news being arrested for pool construction scams, but only after he closes Supreme Pools and opens another company under a different name and does the same thing to others. He is not an honest man - he TRIES to talk a good game so people feel sorry for him, but he's a crook.

We hired this company to install our in ground pool over 1 year ago they started the job under contract that they said would be done in appx 8 months for a set price. Then they stopped all work around 6 months ago and abandoned our project after we paid them almost all of the agreed on price. And now we just have a unsafe mess in our yard! Now they are trying to extort almost double of what we had the agreed contract for with no clauses that aloud for any additional price increase? They have done nothing but be dishonest deceptive and just down right criminal. They robbed us.

This company took 25k from us as a deposit for a a new in-ground pool. After deposit was made, we were contacted by several existing customers who told us that they are having serious problems with the contractor. After consideration we decided to cancel our agreement per the contract. The contract stated that there would be a 15% fee charged on contract cancellation. We agreed to the fee and considered it an expensive lesson. Since that decision, the contractor has changed their fee from 15% to 50% stating that the fee was based on the entire contract value and not just the deposit. And then they have missed several dates that they promised to return the funds they agreed to return. Now we are getting no response from anyone - email, text or phone. We are now worried that we will never see any money returned and many of their other clients that we have ben in contact with are also concerned that their pools will never be finished.

We contracted this company in July of 2021 to build a pool at our residence. They started construction in September. After that they performed few things to include the shell and gunite in a month. Then it took them over 2 months to do plumbing and a few other minor tasks. After repeated attempts to contact and repeated emails they said they will be done in May, then it moved to June. Still no communication. when we finally had a chance to talk in June, they informed me that due to cost increases they will not be able to provide all promised items in the contract and that there will be a cost increase of about 15,000. In addition they are asking that I sign a new contract and not post any reviews or be in any support group that has people with same issue with the company in various locations in Florida. I have contacted the FL AG office and they sent a response that they will be looking into the actions because they are concerned with unfair business practices. As of today the only solution I am being given is to pay more and agree to have some of the agreed upon, previously paid items taken out of the build or take a chance and wait to see if they can do the work. This is unfair and unjust that they are allowed to keep acquiring new clients. From what I see on FB group consisting of people in same situation as me, there are about 25 other folks that they are doing the same with. Please help me get some justice. To date I have paid over 65,000 of the total 88,000, only to find that they have accepted payment for things and not provide services or products for it. Their CPC is********* which is actually filed under the name Kenny, Frank E*****.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/07/15) */ The contractor has shown interest in renegotiation and hopefully come to a mutually agreeable solution. Will try to work things out. However the complaint as far as raising prices after a year from original agreed upon terms is still not appropriate.
