Pinch A Penny was to provide diagnostic and repair services for an issue with my pool. Prior to coming to my house, I had to respond to the following question: "....The system itself is under warranty but the labor would not be covered. Our labor rate is $150/hour for a technician to go out. If you would like to proceed with scheduling, please send your home address. I can then let you know my earlies available appointment time." I responded with my home address thereby accepting the hourly rate. When the work that took less than 20 minutes to complete was done, i was presented with a bill including 1 hour of labor. I complained and they said there is a minimum 1 hour labor. My issue is that this was never conveyed nor accepted. I am requesting that the bill be amended to include only the actual labor. I believe i am due a refund of $100.
