              Magic Bubbles offered a promotion for complete wash of your home, driveways, lanai twice each year. Paid initial amount and the the took $79 each month afterwards.The 1st cleaning was fine. We then scheduled the next cleaning several weeks in advance and were told that they would arrive on Nov 14th at 1PM. Never showed up. Then was told someone spoke with me (not true) and rescheduled for next day at 1PM I called and spoke with them and explained that all of my lawn furniture has been outside for 2 days now and laawn service was coming so she changed the time to 8AM. Never showed and eventually when I called said they would have to reschedule again. Called and NO one will talk to me and I keep being told someone will call to try and resolve. When I called yesterday and left a message again to have someone call me, they did today and I was hung up on after asking for a manager or someone in charge to talk to, was told "it's too early for this" and she hung up.Unprofessional company and customer service, will tell others not to use.

              Magic Bubbles my roof cleaning appointment 3 times in the same day after scheduling 5 weeks in advance, They didn't show so I called and they said they would be there in an hour. Again they didn't show so I called again and they said they had to cancel after sending me weekly reminders of my upcoming appointment and making sure I moved all of my outdoor furniture. They said they called and left me a message which I never received. They then told me they have to reschedule for another 2 weeks out because their truck broke. Instead of keeping me the next person in line, they shoved me out again. I waited at home all day because they kept moving the appointment later. Then they didn't show. I had to get help moving all my outdoor furniture so also wasted my time doing that as well. Not accommodating at all, customer service people all over the place with no knowledge of your local situation. I would hate to see other people have to go through this.
