      Worst company to deal with. Bridgette is rude, racist and unprofessional.

      ******************************* was a past tenant of the Park North at ****** condominium from 2019- 2020 to which he was not offered an opportunity to renew due to noise violations and pet violations with the condominium. Most recently, ****** has co-habited with another resident at the property and ******************************* - after a lease was engaged with *********. On 11/9/23 the unit was noticed for non-registered pets (2 dogs) being on the property then again on 12/12/23 for Pet waste violations (not cleaning up after the dogs). The condo office received several complaints regarding pot smoking, pets off leash in the common area and DNA evidence was obtained with regards to the pet waste violations that identified the dogs of the residence. The ***************** charges administrative fees/penalties for collecting, testing and cleaning up after pet waste left by irresponsible pet owners such as ******. This has resulted in the lease not being renewed due to multiple violations of the residents and ******'s contemptable acts of slander against myself as Property Manager and the Property as a whole as he is no longer welcome due to the multiple violations. I am happy to share the document trail with BBB in further proof of these statements.
