Well where do I start. We recently purchased a home from these shysters recently in Lakeland, FL. The home we purchased was completely gutted. We assumed that the work was done by professional, experienced tradesman. Based on what we have experienced in the past month they appear to be people they picked up on a street corner. The flooring that was installed was done incorrectly. It had the wrong underlayment and is bulging up, and must be ripped out and replaced. When we asked Romila Investments (Shauna) for the name/company who did the work, she provided a first name and a phone number. Of course when we tried to call all we could do was leave a message. The floor that was installed is the cheapest flooring available. We'll cross our fingers for the rest f the house. The AC unit was installed incorrectly. It was not keeping the house cool so we contacted someone to look at it for us. Turns out it has a leak and also will require parts for a new coil. Again when we spoke to Romila they proceeded to give us a first name and a phone number. The roof which was also recently replaced LEAKED! Thankfully we were able to get this person out to repair. Fingers crossed that holds up. We had a hall closet, and linen closed that we had to pay someone to add shelves because they had nothing. The dryer vent was closed off when they remodeled, and we had to pay someone to install a new vent. We had an electrician come out to install extra outlets. When they went into the attic they noticed that there was things not done correctly when they renovated the house. Shame on us for not doing our homework. If your looking to purchase a home stay far away from this flipper. They have ZERO clue on what they are doing. I wish I could give ZERO stars because that's what they deserve.

Feel free to call them once more- we dont pick up people off the street and all your permits passed as well as your inspection. Even my new build house had many kinks to work out even being new. I gave you two different $contributions just because i understand things didnt go ideally and I'm a fair person. I have all your texts and u seemed grateful--one check is being delivered from my bank maybe should have waited for it to clear before bashing us. Hope these are the last issues you have.

The meekly $500 you were sending wouldn't cover the floor being ripped out. The final straw was when my wife asked for the name of the company who installed the AC UNIT. You responded with a name and phone number. Just like the floor guy you could not get anyone to answer. Sure sounds like reputable people to me? I tried ******** the name of the floor company. And you know what didn't find anything. You say you didn't do the work, however you paid people that where going to either help or tarnish your reputation. You are correct, you helped pay for a dryer vent installation. But it was someone who we found who was $500 cheaper.

The AC unit is still under warranty? How come we can't reach the manufacturer? Shouldn't this have been something left for us at the house prior to close?

Have no fear about our home inspector he's also in my crosshairs. As I said shame on us for accepting this as long as we have. We should have walked away before we went to close.

We won't bother you any longer with any issues.
