I recently stayed at this residence from February 1-5. As it was reported via text to the number the manager provided. Our stay immediately was a being of an unpleasant experience. I contacted property manager within the first hour of our arrival. The upstairs bathrooms toilet strung a leak that subsequently leaked rapidly through the downstairs ceiling recess light and heating and cooling vent the kitchen.. I unknowingly entered the area and slide from the wet slippery floor. After, quickly inspecting the home. It was found that the upstairs hall bathroom had water pouring from the bottom rim of the toilet. My nephew quickly advised me it was something he could stop and water was recorded on our phone the overflowing bathroom then flooded carpet in the hallway area. He then turn off the water valve to stop the flooding. At that time property Management was notified and a maintenance worker visited after about an hour. In the meantime while waiting,I visited a near by store for more towels to dry up the flooded areas. This overflow lead to us not using this out of order toilet over our stay. This lead to the 2 other areas to be used. The downstairs bathroom obviously had a plumbing problem. That bathroom overflow several times. There was a plunger but, that lead me to sopping up water and p*** off the floor. Along with outside hazards being detected and removed to prevent the children from being harmed. This all could have been prevented if the proper time was invest to inspect all aspects of the property. I was made aware of the home not being rented for a while! Could the problems I experienced be related to the home be vacant be the reason. I do request A refund for there was a on going issue each day of my stay.
