If I could give you zero stars, I would. It is such a fantastic feeling of having a party of 12 come to the restaurant from being out of town and walking up to the restaurant doors for our 7:30 PM reservations and magically enough on the door there is a sign that says “sorry for your inconvenience but we are closed” ARE YOU KIDDING ME! A Sunday night and we set reservations a week in advance and nothing! No call, no email. Confirmed the reservation TWICE! What ******** to leave 12 hungry women stranded!Review from Alisia V

Went for Valentines Day. Spent over $80 on 2 of us. Pasta was overpriced and inedible. The next day we both had severe diarrhea. The bread was brought 20 minutes after our pasta and our salad was brought same exact time.we requested to have our salad 10 minutes before. And our bread at the same time. The waitress who delivered our food didn't apologize and actually told us to just wait on the bread then of we wanted it the same time and assured us it would only be q few minutes. Fast forward 20 minutes we got our old style bread and our pasta was then cold. We were so disappointed we picked this place for our special night out. When we reached out to the company twice, including corporate we did not receive a response.Review from Brandy L.

Awful 60th Birthday!!! I took my husband (veteran) to the columbus ohio restaurant for him birthday and was told the wait was an hour. After that hour it was 5 minutes 6 different times . We were a party of 4 and they continually sat 2 parties of 10 before us. We ended up walking out going to a concert next door and having to eat hot dogs and pretzel. Thank you Buca for giving my husband his dream 50th. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I meet.
