I never complain about restaurants or businesses because we all have off days, but this I need to make people aware of. I wouldn't order anything from Millers Ale House on ************************. My wife and I ordered two burgers to go and as she was chewing her burger she felt something hard and sharp, lo and behold there was a thick, twisted, sharp shard of metal that looked like it came off a tool or a grinder. I called to speak with the manager and when I explained what happened and described ********* of metal he cut me off and seemed pretty unfazed by it. His exact words were "yeeaaa unfortunately this has happened a bunch of times before it's from the grill brush." Ummm what? One, this does not look like something that came off of a grill brush and two, this has happened many times before? So, they are fully aware there's a problem with their grill brushes and that people are eating food with potentially large pieces of thick, sharp metal in it and they are ok with this?! This manager acted as though it wasn't a big deal at all and it is a common occurrence at that location. At 40+ years old I've never experienced this and my wife worked in the restaurant industry for 12+ years and she's never seen reoccurring issues like this. I'm really at a loss at how unfazed this manager was that this happened and how common this is at this restaurant. All I have to say is don't eat there.Miller's Ale House, Inc. Response

Management just pushes you to the side when you complain and act if it's your fault. I have about a 40% fail rate on 7 visits...not good! Today my to go order was not right and when I got home there was a napkin stuck in the cheese on my burger so had to remove 1/2 the cheese, can't get a napkin out of melted cheese. Also the lettuce was beneath the fries which made that wilted and uneatable? Also no ketchup, mustard, mayo or any condiments AND no utensils on top of that!!!! This all can be easily fixed if management gave a crap!Miller's Ale House, Inc. Response

Myself and my partner were discriminated against and racially profiled at this Miller's Ale House by the greeter when entering. Myself (a black man) and a (black woman) went here to eat lunch and as soon as we walked in, their was no one at the stand but when she arrived a minute later, she just looked at the woman I was with and did not greet at all. Very rude, just staring at my partner. She asked "how many" and "where we would like to be seated"?. We said "in a booth". The hispanic greeter, told us to have a seat and it will be about 5 minutes, she's going to have someone clean off the booth that was free" , next to the bar. She then made no contact with anyone to clean off the booth, as we sat down by the front door. Another Hispanic family (walked in after us), and the female spoke to the greeter and then the greeter took the hispanic family to a booth, while we had to wait for a booth still. After about 10 minutes of waiting, no one had cleaned off the booth by the bar, we were not seated at a different booth, we had to continue to wait. I went to the restroom and I walked to the empty booth by the bar and notice it was clean, the seats were clean, the floor was clean, the table was clean with a few drops of water on the table. The greeter made no contact with any waitress to clean the booth, probably because the waitress assumed the booth was clean, because it was clean. Nothing was wrong with the table and we could have been seated a long time ago. I have been seated at booths for years in Florida and those few specs of water on the table, was no reason to not seat us. It was not even any crumbs or anything. She could have easily sat us there. Long story short, she gave a hispanic couple that came in after us a booth and 2 hispanic men that came in after us the booth that we had been waiting for by the bar. This is clearly racism. This is not bad customer service, this is racism.Review from Krystal M

I had such a terrible experience Saturday night we went solely for food only 1/4 people that went worked all day and came to eat and she is the only one to have an alcoholic beverage waitress gave her a beer when she requested another one she said she can’t . The manager came over stated the waitress doesn’t feel comfortable serving anymore alcohol to her being people at the table we’re slurring their words ….. non of us were slurring our words and we were drinking water and coke …. It just made our experience here so uncut and it’s unfortunate we enjoy going here but that waitress named Stacey ruined it and we will not be returningMiller's Ale House, Inc. Response

We had a horrible experience ! After hurricane Ian, we had no food. We called and a woman on the phone said come on in we are definitely open. Five minutes later we arrived and three men at the podium said- " we are a little busy so we aren't going to serve you" They were extremely rude. Then they proceeded to seated others. I guess we weren't " they're buddies" . I had been a loyal customer for years. Never Again!Miller's Ale House, Inc. Response

On 4/2/22 we went to Miller's Ale House on 192 in Kissimmee, FL. We ordered Wings, Shrimp and Steak. I went to the restroom and it was disgusting. Need I say what was in the toilet bowl. When I flushed it, it did not go down. My friend said the ladies room was just as bad. Not a very appetizing start. Overall the food was decent but they have no idea how to cook a steak. We ordered the steak medium. It was server to us practically raw. We sent it back, it was still raw. They did take it away and did not charge for it. The drinks are small too. I doubt if I will ever go back.Miller's Ale House, Inc. Response

We had a large party with understand. First we were told we could split and sit close. Then no. We were told about an hour to 2 hours. So we waited 81 minutes in we asked for an update. We were told our space was ready they were waiting for the server to return from lunch. No problem but we do have kids that are hungry. 20 minutes later we asked for an update and was told that they would seat us when they were ready. I felt disrespected at that point because I was never disrespectful to the hostess. I left at that point and not sure if I'll ever go back. Please have your hostesses even if frustrated to remain respectful they never know who they are speaking with.
