I have been going to this restaurant for 7 years never had an issue . Went there on May 21st after a family funeral had a few drinks with family and then had a family situation had to leave and never got a bill . I never got the chance to give any server my card . On the same day 9pm est i reached Out to one of the Server and told her I didn't remember anyone giving me a bill but I'll send her the card Info if needed , she replied she didn't have my tab. So i was Never charged for this day. On June 3rd i was Home working at about 12pm my debit card was charged 140.00 then right after 160 . I reached out to the staff there and got ahold of new owner she asked me to send her screen shots . I did And then never heard from her again . I texted her again june 3rd night in regards to a refund . She said she'll let me know on the 4th of June . When we spoke she said that her employee told her i had A physical altercation outside which is not true . After 7 years going here never had a issue I live in the same community. She then said she has video footage of me there on the 3rd when i was Not because i was Home working . I asked Her for the videos she then said she has to look for them , never received the video . Then she told me she has to look for the receipts and she'll let me know . A week passed didn't hear anything. Then she sent me a pic showing she is looking at her receipt for the night of 21st of May and June 3rd all the invoices on her lap. Didn't hear back for another week. I reached Out again and asked her to send me the receipts almost a month now since the incident. She said she's not going to send them I have to see her in person but when she's at the restaurant I'm working as i work From home my work hours don't match her schedule. I just Feel that at this point even though it's not true that there is videos of me having no fight . That would have nothing to do with the unauthorized transactions on my debit card and she should have refunded my card by nowBusiness response
