I order flowers from them early on Valentine's Day with same day delivery. They were not delivered on that day or the 2 following days. I have called them 53 times. I was hung up on twice and no answer for the rest of the calls. I have no flowers and I can't get ahold of anyone for a refund.Business response

I have no flowers and I can't get ahold of anyone for a refund. Hello, please disregard the last comment as we have found the order this is in reference to. It took us some time to find it, due to the fact that approximately 30 minutes after we originally received this order, Mr. ******* called us, we told him it was too far to deliver, and we subsequently refunded the order in total (at 9:31). We didn't expect further responses from him due to this order being resolved. If you would like to place another order for closer to us, we can continue via the 'lovingly' website he used to order this. We have attached proof via the lovingly website that this order was refunded as originally stated due to its distance from the shop, in a PNG screenshot detailing the order information of Mr. ******* and an emphasis is placed (marked via red circle) on the refund information, date and time.
