    On November 17th, my girlfriend and I went to "Andretti Indoor **************** to go bowling. We waited for about 20 minutes in the bar and we had a drink as one of the hostess told us the bowling lanes were busy. When we were next to play, we were charged ahead of time ($42.55 at 7:45pm) before going to the Bowling lane. Once I paid, I asked if we needed shoes as this is how you normally play. The clerk named ******* and a young ********* clerk, stated that we did not need to worry about it. When we went to the lane to Bowl, we realized that this was not a Bowling alley, but a Bocce Ball sort of game that was similar. In addition no shoes and no Bowling ***** with three wholes in it to throw, but a little hard ball like Bacce Ball to throw. As soon as we noticed this, we went to the podium where we got charged to let them know that we wanted our money back as this was not bowling and we wanted to leave. The young clerk, stated that they cannot provide a refund. I explained to him that it was not right what they were doing as it is false advertisement and we had not used their facilities as we have come right back to get our money back. The young clerk stated that there was nothing he could do and I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came, big built, shaved head and with glasses, and stated that he could not issue a refund, but a gift card instead. I told him that I was not going to come back to use his premises and he insisted that this was all he could do. My girlfriend and I left and we went to play real Bowling at a place called "Main Events," around 8:00pm, that same night and we got charged $56.14 (Please see pics from personal iPhone.) This proofs that we were not able to be at the same time in both places. The next day I placed a claim with the CC company and they told me to wait till the charges would show. Once they showed, I placed the claim and I found out today that it was denied because I should have decline services, which I did.

    I do not recommend hosting a birthday party with this company. I reached out via an online form to host my child's birthday to be held in December (I was booking it in June). I received a quote and when the sales person was asked when I should put the deposit down she stated not until October when the quote stated 72 hours. She then proceeded to email a week later to say my quote increased to $100 for the party room which in the brochure it states it is included. I asked why the increase, she said it was due to December being a busy month with holiday parties. Which I feel is unprofessional to come back after the fact to change a quote and then to not have anything online stating a price surge for the month of December. I also had it in writing asking if the private room was included and her response stated yes but only for 1 hour. I called Andretti's multiple times to speak to a sales manager which every person I spoke to refused to send me to their voicemail for a week straight. I then got through to one employee on the second week who did transfer and I received Erica's direct line, I left voicemails for a week to never receive a call back. I feel since it was in writing the original quote should have been honored. I also feel that only corporate events and holiday parties should have the price increase and not a child's birthday party, or at least have something on the website stating a higher price for the month of December. With that being said I will inform my friends and others to not waste your time with booking a birthday party here and go elsewhere.
