They said shirt is cotton mix but sent me 100% polyseter shirt no cotton in it, they were not honest. The size is very tiny and the quality is not good. I requested a refund and no one is resonding to me their email or chat says they are not working hours, and there is no phone number to call, this company is a total scam I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Placed and order 13 February for two sweatshirts totaling $58.97 with shipping charge. Checked on-line 6 March to discover it had not even been filled yet. Sent an inquiry same day. 7 March recieved email that the order had been canceled and my money refunded. No contact from company, no reason given, and no refund to date. Additionally, the company did not show where/when funds would be refunded. Sent another email questioning if this was their standard operating procedure...no response. I had ordered items in the past with this company and it took over a month to receive items. Wanted to let everyone know to be careful with this company.Initial Complaint

Placed an order with Outlets Forever on 01/31/21. Since then, I have received the following shipping statuses: This company is a scam. Here's the tracking information of my package shipped through them: 01/31/23 7:17AM - Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item 01/31/23 9:17AM - Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) 01/31/23 11:17AM - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) 01/31/23 1:17PM - Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) (Why is everything happening at 17 minutes past the hour???) 02/06/23 9:43PM - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) (Why is it back at Fast Track Express, Inc.???) 02/09/23 12:41AM - Arrived Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item (Fast Track Express, Inc.) A slowly walking man could have delivered the package from Jamaica, NY to Morristown, NJ between 01/31/23 and 02/09/23. No one can tell me why the package is delayed or when I can expect to see it. This is disgraceful. I have emailed Outlets Forever several times and all I get in reply is, "Your order is on the way. Please be patient." Outlets Forever choose the shipping method and agent. They need to make this right but they are unwilling to do so. Never again will I do business with them.Initial Complaint

Order ***** placed on May 25, 2022 in the amount $152.88 for running shoes. Received confirmation email of order summary and item was being made ready to ship. As of June 10, 2022, no item received. Attempted to contact vendor by Phone (call can not be completed message) and by Email (un-deliverable) to check shipment status or backorder. Hoping to either get the item, have money refunded AND more importantly WARN others of a potential scam.
