            We have a four year old house with a metal roof in ****************, **. We had a hail storm in April and it devastated our roof. Hurricaneroofer.com came to our door asking for business. I looked up their BBB rating and it was an A rating in *********. They said they were the same company, different office. We went through our insurance company and hired Hurricane Roofer LLC from **********, **. They took our damaged metal roof off in mid-October. They said the new roof would be installed the next week. We have had one excuse after another, leaks into our home resulting in drywall damage and materials in our driveway for almost 8 weeks now. Every time they say they are showing up, no one shows up. The excuses are that 1) they measured incorrectly 2) our roofing materials got sent to the wrong job sight and 3) the metal roof manufacturer is holding them up. Empty promises and an inability to finish this job in a timely manner have left us wondering if they really intend to finish.

            Hurricane Roofer exceeded our expectations. As a first time customer, we needed a new roof and they made it painless throughout the entire process. **** was our amazing rep from start to finish. He always communicated and was extremely easy to talk to. One of the best overall customer experiences *** ever encountered actually. This is a veteran owned small business and will always be our #1 go to for any future roofing needs. We absolutely love our new roof. Thank you **** and thank you Hurricane Roofer!
