This company, Keeping You Dry Roofing, did a good job in a timely manner replacing our entire roof. But they did not supply a pot-o-potty for their workers which resulted in me having to let the workers use our bathroom, this is unacceptale. Also, this company uses an inferior product, Certainteed Landmark shingles, which fail prematurely. Please read all the product reviews.

We are sorry to hear about the crew using your bathroom as they are well aware that is unacceptable so we apologize. We are a little surprised to just be hearing of this since we completed your roof in 2018 though. As far as your shingles, CertainTeed Is a quality product which we have used for years and have had little to no issues, however, things do happen and why you were provided a limited lifetime warranty with them. We did provide you the information on how to submit a claim to see if what is wrong with your shingles is actually a defect or a result of an act of nature. I needed a new roof, but I was dreading going through the process of getting quotes and hoping to find a good roofer. I got estimates from 5 different companies and met with all five. After doing some due diligence, I knew what I wanted -CertainTeed shingles-, and had an idea of how much it should cost. I went to the official CertainTeed website and in the list of pros I found "Keeping you Dry Roofing" (catchy name), listed under the Select Shingle Master designation, so I called them. From the start Mike ***** was very pleasant to work with, no pressure selling, no hidden fees, no non-sense. Mike's proposal was not the cheapest, but it wasn't the highest either. He explained the product and the process in simple terms.
A high priority for me was to have the job done by June 30th. No other company was willing to commit in writing, so I signed the contract with Mike on May 25th. Other companies would only say they would do their best, but no guarantees. Installation week arrived, Mike had already told me how things would happen, starting with the setting of a dumpster in front of the house (thanks for taking good care of the pavers!).
Mike's installation crew has this down to a science. A big truck with a mounted crane came to deliver materials on the roof very efficiently, the installation crew arrive, so the hammering began. Very impressed with their technique to minimize exposure to potential rain while the old shingles are off, and without compromising the quality of the installation. Rotten wood was replaced before two layers of Synthetic material were nailed with plastic caps. The work was completed in two and a half days (close to 4k SqFt).
Mike completed the final walk through with me and personally took care of minor cleanup details. Hats off to the installation crew, they worked HARD in the heat, and kept the work area clean. Work completed on time!!
