            I called them to have someone come out to check my roof. They made an appointment and even had the tech send his information to me. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, they call to cancel and that they'd call me back to reschedule for the next day. They never called me back. When I called the company again the following day, after explaining what happened, the operator forwarded me to someone who was completely disinterested in taking my call who said he'd take my name and number and have someone call me back. Who was I calling? I called them directly and yet they still can't assist me right away after THEY cancelled the appointment? Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

            Dear Mr *******,

            I sincerely do apologize for not getting back to you as quickly as expected. Yes I did call to notify you that we needed to reschedule your appointment and that I would get in contact with you as quickly as I could. We did have a family emergency. No one expects these things to happen but unfortunately they do. The gentlemen that took the call was only asking questions, to make sure he had all the information so that I could followed up with you. I do apologize if there was any misunderstanding. I did have every intention to following up with you in the timely manner we had agreed on but on the note it stated that you did not want us to even bother calling you back.
