      After Hurricane Ian in September 2022, we hired this company to replace our roofing, gutter work n soffit. We received a terrible roofing job and the wrong color drip edge done by a third party company. It was discussed and months later a different company came out to replace the gutters, fix the soffits n paint the drip edge black because removing it would void the warranty of the roof but now on top of the terrible job, we have black paint on our house. The owner of the roofing company has demanded a $15,000 payment out of the $23,000 quote and said they would fix our issues. It's almost a month later and we have not heard from anyone and they have not come to Fort Myers to look at the ****** ** job nor have they discussed discounting our job...just demanded a payment. This job started in November and it is now July. My husband has discussed the problems we have had with our roof and gutter install with a member and the owner of the company but they have yet to have resolve our issues. The roof job, the drip edge, the gutter and the soffit work is no where near the quality for the amount of money we were quoted and we are still awaiting for this issue to be resolved.

      We would like to address the concerns you've raised regarding the replacement of your roof, gutters, and soffit. We understand that there have been some challenges throughout this process, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced.

      Initially, when we signed the contract, we had a gutter and soffit company we were collaborating with. However, circumstances changed and, the company we were working with was no longer available in the area. We explained this situation to you and expressed our discomfort with handling the gutter and soffit work as we are primarily a roofing company and asked to void that portion of the contract.

      At the time, we had not received a single dollar for the roof work and were told we would not be paid if the gutter and soffit work was not completed, so very reluctantly we were forced to hire a crew despite never using them before. After completion of this work, we did not hear of your concerns until eight days later after the work was completed.

      We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously, and we have discussed the possibility of providing a discount to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Our last email to your husband explicitly mentioned our commitment to offering a discount for the hassle you have experienced.

      Please understand that we are not a gutter and soffit company, and subcontracting the work has been challenging due to limited availability in the market. Nevertheless, we are working diligently to find a suitable company to resolve the remaining issues as soon as possible. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are doing everything within our power to achieve that.

      I cannot attach the contract. We accept the terms of the agreement
