****** at Schick was referred to us by a neighbor and he and the company lived up to the recommendation. We got multiple quotes but felt most comfortable with Schick based on their communication and comprehensive info about the project. Everyone at Schick was professional, courteous and responsive. ****** came by and gave us a free quote and full breakdown of our options. He was informative but never pushy. The rest of the staff were also great in our interactions. We got on the schedule within a week or two of signing contract and replacing the roof took 2 days despite poor weather. The team that did the roof was effecient and respectful. It passed all inspections and we do not have any complaints about two months after completion

Deciding which roofing company to use was the hardest thing in this process for us. We chose Schick Roofing, not because it had the lowest price, which it did not, but for the quality of materials and the reputation of the company. This was the best decision for a stress free process. Our project was effectively overseen by **** from the office who ensured all materials and work teams were available on time. **** was here daily overseeing all the onsite work, along with ****** for phase two. They did an incredible job as the workers removed all of our barrel tile and underlayment & applied the new underlayment and steel roof we had chosen. As we had no leaks at the time but had decided our 20 year old roof probably needed to be redone, and we were surprised at how much damage had occurred to our plywood. This damage was all documented with photographs by their drone before being replaced. The quality of our new underlayment is so much superior to the wet mop method that was originally used. We were updated everyday on the progress. The workers were extremely careful of all our vegetation and cleaned-up meticulously every night before they left the site. They were very professional. We started this project in the spirit of routine maintenance. After having seen the true condition of the roof during the tear-off process, we are so happy to have done this prior to a big leak occurring and the inconvenience of trying to find a roofer available in an emergency situation in addition to possible house damage. Our experience with Schick Roofing has been extraordinary. Even the office staff & especially ***, was always there to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Schick Roofing to anyone. Replacing a roof is a big and expensive project. Schick Roofing made it seem easy. Once we decided to go with Schick, I was surprised at how stress free the process was.****** was our sales contact and I was impressed not only with his product knowledge, but his expertise in all aspects of replacing a roof. In addition, he was friendly, easy to work with, and trustworthy. He came prepared with a great deal of information and was patient while answering my questions.On installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked together like a well oiled team. They were friendly, but it was obvious that they were here to do a job. I was surprised but happy that they were able to complete the work in one day. The companies that they partner with apparently work to the same standards as the Schick team. In addition, the other Schick employees with whom I interacted (****, ****, ******, *****) were great to work with. A few days later, after the final inspection from *************, ****** returned to do a wrap-up walk and deliver pertinent paperwork. I was also sent a link to a folder with numerous photos of the roof as work was in progress (by the way, the new roof looks great). All in all an excellent experience.

From beginning to end one of the best experiences with a roof replacement. Hands down excellent service, from ******* helping choose the shingles and upgraded underlayment, to the team working on the roof in a quick and polite way of working, to quickly resolving any issues that *** have come up. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. If you want peace of mind and work get done right, choose this company. Pricier than most of my quotes but worth every *****. They upgraded underlayment no additional charge when they saw wet area of my old roof and made recommendation to protect my ***********. No pushy sell. 200%recommend.

A very professional company. The sales person stayed with us through the entire process until the job was done. I could contact him at any time, and he always responded. They did the job just exactly as they said they would at the price that we had agreed to. They protected our property and plants and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It is refreshing to find a company that looks out for its customers. I would recommend them.

They replaced our roof and did an excellent job. We liked their approach and clearly they are roofing experts. We have a quality roof that was accomplished in a professional manner. All steps are documented with pictures which I can share with my homeowners insurance company. We all know how that’s going lately. We made the right choice!

Our slate tile roof was damaged by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in the Fall of 2022. Robert ******* of Schick Roofing came on time, walked our slate tile roof, took photos of damaged areas (marked with directional indicators), provided these photos immediately to us, then made a solid presentation with samples of all tile and shingle options, underlayment options, and explanation of installation process for each. Estimates for tile or shingle replacement were given the next day. From the time the original estimate from Schick Roofing was generated, until we received insurance approval and a contract was signed with Schick (close to two months), Robert ******* responded to numerous requests the insurance company made for additional information and photos, driving all over Central Florida and spending a lot of time (and all this without a contract signed yet). Once the insurance was approved and the contract was signed, Schick submitted all paperwork, had all the materials ordered, and kept us apprised of the ongoing status. And once complete, the final documents were issued within the week. In three months from the time of the first estimate, we had a new roof, in spite of multiple insurance roadblocks, minor delays for Christmas and New Year holidays, and family emergencies for Robert and us. They cleaned up all the debris as they worked. The roof looks great! We would absolutely recommend Schick Roofing for your roof repair/replacement needs.
