I had them install a roof on my dock April of 2023. After they put it on there were issues and it took forever for them to come back to correct. Now the roof is buckling already and I called them and they are not calling me back. It's very frustrating because I went with them they were on Angis list but they never call back to correct issues.

In October 2021 St. **** installed a NEW roof to my 2 story house. Around August 28, 2022, I discovered three brown stains in the ceiling of my 3rd bedroom on the top floor. I was informed that it was a roof leak. I immediately phone St. ****** and left a message that there was a roof leak in the new bedroom. They never returned the call.Three days later, I began sending text messages:**************, homeowner texted on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2022 @ 3:07 pm: Hello. This is a follow up to my phone call regarding my roof. There is a leak in the upstairs bedroom. Please contact me regarding inspection for repair...St. ****** reply at 3:15:pm Ok **************, homeowner texted on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2022 @ 4:13 pm What are you going to do about the roof?St. ****** reply at 4:40:pm I will go as soon as possible. There's a drip of water on the ceiling?My reply at 7 PM Yes, 2 brown stains getting bigger.**************, homeowner texted on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2022 @ 10:29 am Good Morning. When are you going to repair the roof? The leak is NEW in a room that Never had a leak. St. ****** reply on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 22 at 10:44 AM Good Morning. We are working out of town. I will try to go as soon as possible. Sorry for so many inconveniences. Thankyou.**************, homeowner texted on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2022 @ 4:52 PM Today is Saturday. September 24, and I am extremely concerned with your lack of responsibility for repairs to the leaky roof you installed in less than a year ago. With the high heat and humidity, there is a possibility of mold and mildew and other damage. I assume that you are not accepting responsibility for repairs to my roof. To date we have not had any bad storms or hurricanes in *****. Legal action is an option I will be forced to resort to, if you do not repair by Tuesday.NO REPLY FROM ST. **** COMPLAINT: LEAKING ROOF. Dear ***************,
With respect to the claim made by you, and after carrying out our inspections on 10/01/22, we have determined that the leak that you claim is not the product of a deficient installation of the roof.
The stains for which you claim, are prior to the hurricane, according to what you yourself communicated to me; The second leak that you mention, located in the back porch, is a product of the siding that is around the second-floor window, this siding is rotten which causes water to enter.
Although the damage is not the result of a poor ceiling installation, I agreed with you that the Company would take care of painting the ceiling.
I'm still wait for your reply.
I apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause you.

The installation of the NEW ROOF in October 2021 by St. **** ROOFING SERVICES was sloppy and unprofessional. The company did a botched job and the roof is LEAKING.
ST. **** has refused to correct the problems. Attached are pictures of the roof today, after I complained to the BBB.
I am hiring a new roofer to correct this mess left by St. **** ROOFING SERVICES.
