Feb 12th I contacted the company regarding a unit listed on their website. They sent me a PayPal invoice for $433.51 which I immediately paid.Feb 24th after no further communication with the company I emailed them requesting a tracking number. They did indeed create a ***** shipping label. That's it, label created. Still nothing shipped. I imagined them laughing about getting the customer to go away Mar 7th, Early, ****** I called and inquired about the status. After putting me on hold for a while the person got on the phone and informed me they were resubmitting my order. At the end of day, still no tracking number, no new shipment Mar 7th, evening sent email asking them to step up or give me a refund.Business response

After speaking with you yesterday(3.7), we immediately restored your order and shipped out another safe(NMXi). Since the original shipping label didn't contain any transit scans, we were able to reuse this shipping label. ***** Tracking #************. Delivery is scheduled for this Sunday(3.10)
For the inconvenience we have refunded back the shipping fee of $29.51. Refunds, typically, take 1-3 business days to post back to your account.

I purchased a product from this manufacturer. Since my original purchase, I've had a number of issues with the product and intermittently, most of the issues have been resolved through intense troubleshooting spanning hours on the phone with their customer support. most recently, the product has stopped working and when contacting the support #, I am inundated with questions and replies that have nothing to do with the actual troubleshoot help that I am requesting. I have attempted to contact this company, but no one ever answers their phone. I have also tried emailing them and requesting a callback, and to date, not a single call.Business response
