I brought two ***** Lawn mower to this shop for no starting conditions back in 7/8/23, paid in cash as requested by shop owner since paying with a Card wheatear is Debit or Credit had to pay taxes. So since total was more than I expected withdraw the cash needed. The two Lawn mowers worked for a couple of weeks. Both lawn mowers after 3 months did not start which was the original reason I brought men, they claim replaced carburetors on both machines. I toke one of them back and they claimed it was water on the tank. It started, took it home left it along and on the weekend wanted to do the lawn and the engine Surges big time, took it back and they tell me I need to replace the carburetor. I told them they replaced according to invoices. I asked to complete the repair and I am not paying any more for a job they should have done well in the first place. The owner said Get out now I am with lawn mowers that do not work and all because carburetor issues. I wanted the shop to fix the issue with no additional fees or do it right.

Thank you for your prompt response, I contacted ****************** at Scooters and Small engine just now as you instructed me on 06/17/24. I advised ****************** that I am aware of the 30 days warranty.  The work was done on 06/04/24 and he still persist must replace the carburetor. Now the Carburetor according to the invoice paid on 7/28/23 indicates that he flushed and cleaned carburetor and understand the 30 warranty was over that is why I paid him another $90.00 on 06/04/24 and he did the same thing, so to me a bad diagnostic, if he knew the carburetor need to be replaced why did the same thing he did before? Now wants to replace the whole carburetor for Twice as much. That is a very obscure business he is conducting, if had offered to credit for the last amount paid and charge the difference if any I would have agreed for the carburetor replacement. Checked on line the price of a new carburator and is only $35.00.   After I spoke to him today, he refused and asked to take him to court if I want to and hanged up on me.

This shop charges for work they never do, I paid $665.00 to have my mower fixed new carb new blades new deck belt new spindles and pulleys oil change and filter, and a new gas filter the belt already came of do the bad spindles they never changed and charged for, installed faulty gas filter that filled my home with gas fumes over night, After all the lies and evidence I bet they never changed the carb either. This place is run by crooks that have been ripping people off for years. It has to stop.

      Hi

      To Whom it may concern

I do remember Mr ************* for his very abusive and insulting nature.

His complaints are months after the repair was done. When he came to pick up his mower he was given an itemized bill of the parts and labor charges. He was also told when he came to pick up the mower to test it and make sure that all is well. He did so and was happy. In addition he was given a receipt that stated he had a thirty (30) days warranty on parts and labor. To date he has called and being very vulgar and abusive. Within the thirty days he has not brought the mower to be rechecked, instead he calls and has been very insultive and abusive. At this time I am not prepared to entertain his abuse and insults. The warranty time is over.

      Thanks
