The transaction was made on March 8th 2024. I purchased scrapbooking items online from this company. I have been their customer for many years. It is now 29 days later and I donot have my items. I emailed them 5 times with no return answer. The phone number posted for this company is not working. My online account with them says the order is pending ,however they refuse to answer my questions to let me know when I can receive my items or receive a refund. If the items were delayed due to manufacturing issues,I would have understood and could have chosen other items instead. But this company has chosen to ignore the whole issue which is a bad business decision especially for a customer who has purchased from them many times.Initial Complaint

Please see the attached image. An offer was ran for buy 4 $20 certificates and get one $20 certficate for a *****. I received the original 4 but have never received the last $20 certificate that was purchased for the *****. I don't care about the ***** but I would really like my $20 worth of merchandise and I don't believe the business should have made this offer and not honored it. The certificate was supposed to be delivered electronically by January 15th. I have sent dozens of emails with absolutely no response.Initial Complaint

My daughter purchased a $100.00 GC for me. Before I was able to use it I had a stroke and a brain bleed. I’ve used this company many times before and was pleased with the customer service. Because of my craniotomy I inadvertently deleted the email containing the GC. While trying 4 times to contact the company thru email I have never received a reply and there is no phone number to get there. When I use the number online I only get recordings of businesses wanting me to buy something. No communication at all. I will never use this company again when they can’t even respond to an email.Initial Complaint

i placed an order last month and tracking says no info found and ive emailed them twice to ask whats going on with no response at this point i just want my money back its like 19. something im out my order number is scrap your trip ******Initial Complaint

On December 15, 2022, I placed an order from Scrapyourtrip.com. The order number was #****** in the amount of $176.69. The order was never completed (it still says pending on my account) yet the company received the money. My charge card was charged and I have a charge card statement as proof. I have written to the company through email and/or written mail at minimum 6 times. The company does not have a phone or fax number. On the website, it says that customer service will try to reply within 24 hours. Not one of the emails that I sent have received a response. I do like the company as I have ordered from them prior to December with no issue as well as, placed and received 2 orders since December. I am upset that they have not responded to the emails that I have sent. I would either like them to send me the order I purchased or refund me the money.
