I contracted Florida Screen Rooms, LLC to do a 3 season Room at my home. I felt at times things were going way to slow but, in the end, I thought everything was done well until raining season came. I had 3 leaks from the roof since the beginning and had reach out and complained. They came out 3 times after complaining for months to repair. Each time it still leaked in the same 3 spot. They were paid through the Florida Pace Program (YGrene). Fast forward to almost a year later I still have the same leaks. I should've vetted them more. Now I do not receive a reply. I paid $28,000.00 for something I might have to tear down and pay to do it correctly. If it results to this, I will sue. I just want my room leak fixed. Not something hard but I believe they know it cannot be fixed so now they will not respond to me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/27) */ We are totally surprised at these claims. we explained to **** after the first leaks were reported that his two story home siding was full of holes with cables from T.V. dishes and numerouse other electrical wiring all throughout the walls. We not only spoke to **** about it, We asked him to please climb on the latter so he can see what we were describing to him about the tremendous amount of dish cables and electric wiring above the glass room roof. The header that holds the roof panels together is installed on top of the home siding. WE triple seal the connection to avoid leaks. This was explained to **** the first time he called about the leaks. The secon time we went, we also explained to **** that he had to call someone to repair all the holes created by the installers of the dish cable plus the folks who drilled holes all over his home siding. We took our time to seal everything again as far as we could reach. Although it had nothing to do with our work. I clearly explained to **** that the leaks were coming from all the holes in his home siding. The water was coming in through the Holes above the new roof. This was explained to ****. Instead of dealing with the leaks coming from all the holes in his home siding, He kept calling us. I assure you that once the home siding gets sealed, his leak problems will stop. It's really sad that after going the extra mile to work with this situation(trips)and taking the time to show first hand the situation to ****, He continues to act as if no information has been given to him concerning the problem although he was physically shown the damage created by the holes that were drilled to install the cable wires and electrical wiring all over his home siding. This was clear as daylight.
