Did a excellent job on adding to my screened in Lani. Jesus and his partner worked all day without a break and made sure everything was just right. I was surprised when US Aluminum told me it would be several months until they could do the job, but it was worth the wait. They gave me a copy of all the permits, warranties and required plans. They also came up with the most fair price after I had 8 other competitors quotes. I highly recommend US Aluminum!

my name is Lawrence H. I am a US Aluminum customer. The project began around 2019. Since then, I've had an ongoing drainage issue inside my screened in Lanai. My foundation to include footers was constructed for ********** ******. The pitch of the surface is to allow water to drain away from and off the surface. Due to the enclosure the water collects and is trapped within the contained area. What was missed was US Aluminum did not include a paver drainage system which would allow the water to escape freely and as a result for the past three years I have to constantly clean up the ongoing problem of mold and mildew. Note that during my warrantee period I did contact US Aluminum relative to this problem and all what was done was the placement of shims at the bottom of the aluminum supports which did absolutely nothing. I've contacted US Aluminum this February 2023 about my ongoing problem and stated that the proper solution was to install a paver drainage system. I was told (and I'll withhold the project manager's name for now) that he did not know why it was overlooked. This is the same manager who initially had my account to begin with. He claims he has the solution by installing a Hydro-vent system. He claims the material is on order. Not very happy with this Hugh oversite that could have been avoided if someone was watching the store. I've had several independent contractors look at my problem and all concluded that a paver drainage system should have been installed during construction. all I can say is that I hope US Aluminum can correct the problem permanently. Standing by for the outcome.
