This is a ****** subcontractor, so be aware of these dealers as any inconveniences or problems arise "******" will not be responsible or liable. On the day of installation, a guy shows up without the appropriate tools to locate objects behind the wall, he seemed in a hurry, but I let him do his job. He made multiple perforations in the wall to run the wiring without success until he figured it out and finished the job. The next day I noticed that one of the sewer lines was leaking and now the owner Jose does not respond to my messages., when I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs.

Great service and value. They offer me more equipment, better technology and I still saved $42 per month.

I supposedly had security camera service with this company for 2 years, admittedly the first year everything did work fine. The second year was months and months of troubleshooting with no results. Camera would continue to show offline and I could not get it to work. I called a technician from the company and was instructed to order certain equipment to get it working but it still did not work. Next, I called for further assistance and they told me the equipment must be purchased from their company, but that is not what they told me from the beginning. I followed their advice and they then told me what I did was incorrect. I wasted over $100 in equipment, not to mention time and delay from the company responding to my requests for assistance AND paying for a year of service that I never received. I spoke to a technician initially by the name of Moises (he is the one who told me the exact equipment to buy) and then when I asked to speak with him specifically because he is the one who gave me the incorrect information, they will not allow me to connect with him. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional example of customer service that I have ever experienced. I am now having cameras installed by ******, a trusted company.
