      I purchased a 8 x 12 Shed at the price of $3200 with $186.32 down payment and $171.42 monthly payments with the option to pay off within 6 months without missing any payments for $2383.32. So I gave my bank information for my payments to be automatically drafted out of my bank account, everything was set up I received my merchandise on time everything good. The finance company *** ******** called me to make sure I understood my payments he verified all my information my name address my bank information & delivery. I wrote everything down. So I notice that my 1st payment didn’t get drafted out of my account on 2/12/23 as they said so I contacted RTO on the 2/14/23 to check and (spoke to someone who is conveniently no longer with the company at this time), and asked what’s going on and she stated I missed my 1st payment and I advised her at the time I was on automatic payments and she advise me then that I didn’t have it set up but she can do it for me then, I agreed to that. I knew it was a mistake on they behalf no worries they had my info. So now I am calling for a week they have caller ID btw finally get someone 5/26/23 5pm est. Spoke with young lady confirming my balance and date $3298 by 6/12/23. I said no what happened to $2383.32 the rep told me that because I missed the 1st payment which was not my fault because they had my information she said I gave it to the dealer not them but they work together so now my balance is $4736.18 and to pay off would be $3298.98. I didn’t receive nothing stating in writing or a email that the original contract was null and voided or a phone call. So when I asked to speak to the person who took my information she is no longer with the company. So the scam is for you to set arrangements with Sunshineshed and you think you are on auto payments because *** ******** calls you and verify your delivery payments everything but you’re not you miss your 1st payment and that’s how you get stuck with paying more than you was quoted.

      I unwittingly entered an agreement under false pretense. The sales representative Alex informed us during selection of the utility shed that the option is rent to own or finance. Rent to own was encouraged and more commonly used. However, if this option is chosen and if I decide I would like to finance the unit, this process would be seamless. I would simply contact them and switch to the financing of the unit. Due to the fact of not knowing if the shed would fit my yard, and the ability to return it for an upgrade if needed, the rent to own option was encouraged and we accepted it. Believing that once the unit was delivered and fit our yard, we would quickly return to the office and get it financed. Delivery was a nightmare. The $200 delivery charge went to $650 as they determined my fence entry was not wide enough and posts needed removable. I was advised the owner absorbed that additional charge and I paid $200 as originally told. After deciding to keep the unit, I have not been able to reach the Orlando office. A ramp was promised but never delivered. I decided to get my own. No responses to my inquiry to finance the unit. My calls and text messages are totally ignored by the Orlando office. I was advised by the lease financier RTO to have them pick up the unit since they have made empty promises to me. The difference between leasing and financing is over $6,000 which is double the price of the unit. I have no other recourse but to warn others about the bad business practices and lack of care for their customers after the "sale" has been made. To date, management has not called to address this issue and although I like the utility shed I will have to schedule for them to pick it up. I am not happy with the level of service I received and do not wish this on anyone else. I am open to discuss financing before 8/1/22. Their delay in contacting me has narrowed the window of return. I hope my commentary helps them improve on their service.

Once shed is delivered they are unable to change to the terms. Customer has been informed of this. We apologize for any confusion- however, any correspondence would be directly between customer and RTO.

      Placed a deposit on shed on Saturday. Called on the following Monday spoke to Anissa to cancel. She said someone will call me back in the morning as she does not handle the cancellation. I left several messages and can not get a call back nor did I receive my shed . They charged my credit card $563.
