We booked with this company back in early December for transportation for 4 from *************** to Port Canaveral Hotel for our cruise on January 22nd. We also booked our return transportation with them as well after we got off the ship. The original confirmation was incorrect, so I contacted them to get it fixed. The return conformation was now incorrect so I contacted them again and was told that they could not pick us up at our hotel, so I asked for a full refund to book elsewhere. I was then contacted by a guy named ****** who said he was the owner and that they would pick us up on the return and get us back to the airport. We fly into *******, and we can't find anyone at Ground Transportation. We call the company to get more information and get an answering machine that will not allow us to leave a message. We walked around the Ground Transportation area and ran into an elderly couple who had been waiting for over an hour and a half for this company as well. We decided to wait 30 minutes before we made other plans. After hearing all the horror stories from other travelers and reading the reviews I see this is a pattern for this company to scam people out of their money.Initial Complaint

We booked two rides online, from ******* *** ******* to Port Canaveral. Booking was made on 10/17/23, for 11/2/23 and 11/6/23. Morning of, we called the company as no one was there for our pickup time and they told us that they didn’t have a record of our booking. They called back, saying that the card was declined. We had a charge on our account from the company. Our departure time was at 10:30; we scheduled the pickup for 830 to ensure there was enough time. They called back saying that they found our transaction that went through; we had confirmation reciepts from both bookings. He said someone would be there in 25 minutes. 45 minutes went by; at this point it was after 9:30 leaving only an hour before our departure time. We tried calling to see when he would be arriving and he did not answer. We called another shuttle service in the meantime because at that point we could not wait any longer. As we pulled away from the hotel, he finally called me back to let me know he had arrived. I let him know that we went with another service. He offered to pick us up and I told him we no longer wanted his services, and that I would like to be refunded and he hung up on me.Initial Complaint

10/31/22 Ordered shuttle 10/30/22 Schedule for 11:30am Received a call at 10:35am asking if I was ready I said no I am scheduled for 11:30 but I can arrive at 10:55am if needed. I was told no someone will pick us up at our scheduled time of 11:30am and to call to find out where they would meet us.They Told us to wait in terminal A arrivals. We went to arrivals and at 11:37 they said no shuttle was available but they were sending an uber that was 5 mins away and to wait at door 5. They sent me a screenshot of the uber ordered and it said wait at door 7. So we went to door 7 to wait. We waited 10 minutes and I called to let them know no one came to pick us up, they said that uber cancelled we are sending another one they also sent me a new screenshot of who was coming. We waited again and no one came. I called back and was told that eventhough the screenshot said door 7 we should be at 5. We moved to 5 because he said the driver was there waiting for us. No driver was there. They said they would figure it out but at that point we were late. We told them to cancel and issue a refund to cover the uber we obtained on our own. They refused and said we need to keep waiting, eventhough it was now 1 hour passed the time they were scheduled to pick us up. They should have to pay for our uber since that is the same transportation they were claiming to send.
