Im a season ticket holder and have constant issues trying to reach my assigned respiration ***resentative.Earlier in the season I tried to upgrade my seats. Eventually got a response with available seats. I said they were good and asked how much, still waiting for a response 3 months later.It is now renewal time. My father in law placed a deposit to get a seat with us. Ive been seeing to reach **** for help getting these seats together. No response despite multiple calls and emails over the last week.I live in *****, so Im seriously considering getting rid of these season tickets and getting season tickets for the TB Lightning instead because I never had these issues there.Its time to get rid of the assigned *** ******* and just have a call center when every *** helps the next caller instead is having to chase down someone to do their job.Customer response

Purchased 5 tickets in the east midfield premium section (35) for FC Cincinnati match for $630. Here's what the website says you get: Enjoy a menu that has something for everyone, including carving stations that feature premium entrees such as: * Prime Rib * Mild Italian sausage flavored with salt, pepper, garlic, fennel, sautéed peppers and onions. * Mojo Marinated Flank Steak with Wild Mushroom Rice and Sweet Plantains * Carnitas Marinated Boneless Pork roasted with Yellow Cilantro Lime Rice and Soft Flour Tortillas We got hot dogs with cold, rock-hard buns and some meatballs. Completely disappointed and embarrassed because I told my guests the kind of food that would be provided.Business response
