I purchased their water softener on Jan/2021. The system started having problems and by 05/25/2021 it stopped working. Contacted company and no help was received by them. Finally I got an answer by an installer who stated he will come since I was on a list to be visited and have issue fixed. By June/2021 I still had no help from them. On 06/04/2021, sent chat with system to have someone contacting me, and **** from Puronics in **** answered and informed me he will be coming to ******* and will be coming to my house. **** came and finally got filter to work. **** also provided another phone number for home improvement which apparently was changed. Every time a service is needed from this company, they give the run around and don't assist. I have called and emailed several times this year *************************************************************** my kitchen is liquing constantly and it has ruined my cabinet under the sink. Also, my water bill has gone to the roof.Finally they promised a tech will come to fix this problem, scheduled a person that never showed up, contacted the company and they were not aware of this guy's not showing up. Emailed them asking to reschedule, no answer for about 5 days even though I called them and emailed them. At this point I'm tired of chasing service from this company. I will rather have my money refunded since I paid off this account within a year and a half, and think is not fair paying for a bad product and poor customer service.Business response

Upon reviewing our records, it is evident that one of our representatives in our customer service department, promptly initiated communication with you upon your initial contact on approximately February 12th of this year. We acknowledge that there were discussions made with **** and ******* from ******** regarding the warranty coverage of the issues observed. Upon inspection of the system, it was conveyed to you that the damages were determined to be external, not to the internal system, and a cleaning of the food tube beneath your sink was recommended. We appreciate your cooperation and engagement throughout this process, as communicated via emails.
We regret the unforeseen circumstance that led to the absence of ************** on the scheduled service appointment date of March 21st, due to a personal emergency. as you were aware, we promptly rescheduled the appointment with another technician for March 28th, and we are pleased to hear that the service visit successfully addressed the issues with your system, as confirmed by your feedback.Notes from the tech stated: "The faucet was replaced, which was leaking and obstructed. The drainage system's obstructed hose was also replaced and reconnected. The system was tested without any issues." Attached you can see pictures that were taken during your service visit.
Subsequently, we have not received any further communication or complaints from you regarding your water system, leading us to assume that everything is functioning correctly. We appreciate your confidence in our service and product.

Back in December 2021 a sales representative name ****** from Home Improvement Solar came to my home and offered me Solar Panel installation and that it would lower my electric bill every month and that I would get a Federal Tax Credit when I file my taxes. I immeadiatly stop him and told him that I do not have any income from any job cause I was under disabillity from a work place injury and I am not allowed to file taxes with that type of income. His next sales pitch was that he has a associate that he works with and hes able to help me file the correct paper work so that I can get the Federal Energy Credit. I eventually signed the contract and got the Panel installed. But after 2 years of trying to get in contact with the person ****** provided me with and just before the time ran out for me to claimed the credit. He finally answer the phone MarcosTaxOut is the person and the way they wanted me to claimed the credit was to have a friend or family member claim the credit on my behalf. After consulting with 3 different Tax Accountant I was informed that the procedure is illegal to make and I would be penalized and fined if I did. I called GoodLeap(finance) and Titan Solar Power(Installer) and Home Improvement Solar and was informed that I need to take this up with ****** but he's representative for Home Improvement Solar and neither one of them want to assumed responsibility for the errornous mistake they made and after deceiving me with false promise and now I can't file the claim and each one is telling me that has nothing to do with them. I signed up with the intent of getting this credit and now everyone who offer the tax credit are blocking my calls or simply ignoring me.Business response

Home Improvement Solar has no warranties in this complain. We are not aware of this client, nor is the project address listed in our database. This client may be a client of Titan Solar. We can not speak for Titan Solar or any representative there of. We would require more information than just ******, however, sales reps contracted by Home Improvement Solar are all independent contractors or dealers of their own corporations. Home Improvement Solar does not partake in instructing independent contractors or customers on Federal Income Tax filings or credits, a recommendation to consult their licensed CPA professional for advise is always suggested..
