      9/19 I met with a artist to discuss covering an existing tattoo. We planned to do a design of 2 roses and a butterfly I was quoted a price of 6-800 I paid a deposit & booked 9/23 at 6pm. Again discussed the design including 2 roses. The artist freestyled the design on my arm once done he placed a white cream w/clear dressing over. On my way back to hotel I noticed the coloring was really off there was only 1 rose and the center off the flower looked really flawed. I went back to the shop the following day around 1130 and Todd P***** stated how bad the tattoo looked & they were trialing a new ink (why try a new ink on my arm) I could come back at 530 for a touched up. The artist who did the tattoo did not want to come in & fix it. I was extremely upset, the staff was laughing taking this lightly. I paid 900 the look & color of the tattoo was not what we discussed. When trying to explain how unhappy I was Todd became defensive and stating the shading was all that could be done.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/30) */ On 9/19 ******* came in to our Orlando location for a cover up tattoo over a very bad and very dark linework tattoo she had on her forearm. This is what we are know for to help when other shops can't.. During the consultation she was explained how coverups work. And we have to work with and mask the old work with the new, color is always the best for a coverup to hide what is there. She placed her booking deposit with one of our coverup artist Scott as he was more than happy to help. On 9/23 ******* had her appointment, Her and Scott came up with a workable design together and price before paying for the tattoo if any changes need to be made prior to the payment they can be she also signed in our form where she agrees to the tattoo design. The tattoo come out perfect to our company standards. On 9/24 ******* came back in saying she could still see a little of the old tattoo. When asked where I could not see anything. She didn't like a line from the old tattoo used in the new one event though you can't tell there was an old tattoo is =had a bit of the shape, as she was told some of the line work need to be used in a very dark cover up as tattoos are permeant you can just paint over the old one, you have to mask it. When asking her what would make her happy she said add more shading and color so we did that and also altered the tattoo a bit to make her happy. She left happy. We where in no way trailing a new ink as we only use the same brands on every client that work. Her total was $800. ******* received a beautiful cover up on her old bold dark tattoo in a subject matter that she requested and agreed to before getting tattooed I will add photos of the tattoo on this form. Where you can see how dark the old tattoo was from what she received.When she left. Ultimately if a customer is unhappy especially with something that is on their body your business should correct the issue. This tattoo noway conceals the previous tattoo as you can see in the attached photo it looks like a face in the flower. The color is off, its light and looks odd alsoI did not pull the information that a new ink was being trailed I was told this by Todd when I went back to see what could be done. If the tattoo was what I wanted I would be happy! I saved my money in anticipation of our upcoming trip, I was beyond excited to stop in the shop it was actually the first place we went to on our arrival to universal. Your website states part of the reason for the higher cost is because of the experience, well my experience was terrible I am left paying for a very expensive tattoo that doesnt look like anything I imagined. I find it hard to believe this tattoo lives up to company stands and again ultimately isnt it the person getting the tattoo who should be happy and think it is a good job. Im sorry that you are not happy but we are very happy with the tattoo so much that it was posted by the artist to show the skill level it takes to do this kind of work. Every artist we have said the same thing that is a great tattoo Im not sure what else we can do for you. We have gone well above and beyond to please you, even having another artist work with you and added to the piece for you and you are still not happy. At this point we have done everything we can and completely stand by our work. Again the person who received the tattoo should be happy with it not your staff. Another artist tried to correct the color because the original artist did not want to come in to fix it. Nothing was added just shading. If you call a 10 minute touch up going above and beyond then your customer service has very low standards. Maybe stop thinking you are at the top of business and start acting like it. I paid a good amount of money to have a good looking tattoo on my forearm and Again this is not how I expected it to look. You mention a couple of times a very dark tattoo it was a thin black lined tattoo nothing crazy. Standing by your work is making sure the customer is happy not acting offended because someone disagrees with the results. Again you being happy with my tattoo is irrelevant. I have a face in a flower tattoo and the coloring looks ashy, you should stand by your work!
