            Unable to use massage credits due to limited availability of therapists. Won't allow the consumer to freeze account without charging and still use already paid for credits. Raised price substantially and won't provide ample time for existing customers to use existing credits creating a bait and switch membership strategy. Unwilling to refund or freeze account without a charge and still use the credits. Want out, want a refund or ability to finish up what's owed to me without more charges or a timeline. Franchise location not helpful.

            I went to for a facial on 9/10/2021 i had a reaction all over my face, first of all i went the next day to find a solution to my problem and nobody seems to know anything. I called on Monday 9-13/2021 and i spoke with front desk Carmen she said give me at least an hour i will call you back, nobody contact me. Called back 9-14-2021 and Carmen answered the phone and told she did not call me because they were busy all day and told me front desk have nothing to do with my problem, i never said it was their fault but meantime i stay with my face like that ( irritated and itching) because nobody knows anything and the manager isn't there. To offer products and memberships everyone is nice and courteous but to solve a problem everybody is like i don't know what to tell you.....

            Soky, it was wonderful speaking with you earlier today. As I mentioned, I greatly apologize that you were not contacted in a timely manner concerning your reaction. After discussing the situation with you it seems that it may have been an ingredient in the enhancement that was added on. We did process the refund of the service and enhancement for you per your request and will be canceling out your membership. Please keep in mind if you do change your mind about coming back in for a complimentary facial with our Lead Esthetician I will be adding the note to your profile so it can be honored in the future.
