We signed paperwork with Orlando Ventures, inc., dba Helping Timeshare Owners on September 21st, 2017 for them to get us out of our timeshare with Sedona Pines, Sedona, ** The charged us $1 ******* for them to do this. I have left messages asking them to get in contact with us, but have yet to hear back from them. The contract stated if they are unable to get a favorable outcome of our timeshare agreement within 365 days they would refund us 100% of all fees.They have not gotten us out of out timeshare with Sedona Pines, ******, **. I'm requesting a full refund of $1******* plus 5% interest since they have had our money since September 21st, 2017.Thank you.***** and ************************* 07/01/2024

Hired this company to eliminate timeshares in @2019 and paid over 26K for 4 timeshares. Still waiting for the final one to be released from. Got comments from case Manager " well sometimes they do not send out letters", ( got letters from 3 others )HOWEVER, I am still receiving bills! Sketchy contacts and even though I sent 4 certified letters (one was returned as no forwarding address to Capital just this year.). They keep moving and I guess so do the players. I just want to be released as I am elderly and cannot afford to pay nor does my health allow. These people are crewl.

It was suggested by Branson Excursions to have Orlando Ventures, Inc., DBA ************************ to terminate our Club Wyndham Contract and Maintenance Fees as of March 2019. We were in Branson, MO., trying to find a way to terminate our Contract and eliminate further payments of Maintenance Fees.

The collected payment of $1,600.00 was made to ************************ at the Branson Excursion location in March 2019. Given to us, along with assurances that we would receive a favorable outcome with 18 months of signing the Contract, we would be returned 100% of all fees paid if the outcome wasn't favorable to us.

Needless to say, since March 2019, a passing of 39 months, all we have received is a Letter to Request Exiting (penned by ************************) and a couple of emails between us and Larisa Phillips, Senior Case Manager. Wyndham hasn't released us from our Timeshare Contract (paid in full) nor has it stopped monthly billings of Maintenance Fees ($179.46 per month).

We are seeking a full refund from Orlando Ventures, Inc., DBA ************************. Apparently, they have physically moved a minimum of three times from Orlando to Kissimee, FL.
The telephone number remains the same, yet a recorded message is all that is heard.

I will again today, August 7, 2022; resend an email (seen on BBB Website) and a Certified Letter on August 8, 2022, to their address listed as 1701 Park Center Drive, Suite 240, Orlando, FL 32835.

I appreciate your time and effort in assisting to resolve this issue.
