Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Lodgify, a property management software company, due to an issue with their system's synchronization settings that resulted in an incorrect booking.Complaint Details:Issue: Despite setting my propertys booking availability to a maximum of 270 days in advance, a guest was able to book my place 360 days in advance due to an incorrect synchronization issue with Lodgifys system.Impact: This error has created significant inconvenience and potential revenue management issues for my property. It directly contradicts my preset preferences and has caused unnecessary stress and complications.Company Response: Upon contacting *******'s customer support, they have refused to take responsibility for this issue. Their lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation is unacceptable. As a customer relying on their software for accurate and reliable property management, this situation is extremely disappointing. I expect ******* to ensure that their synchronization systems function correctly and to take responsibility for any discrepancies that arise.Desired Resolution:Acknowledgment: I request that Lodgify acknowledge the error and take full responsibility for the synchronization issue.Correction: Immediate correction of the synchronization settings to prevent future discrepancies.Compensation: Appropriate compensation for any potential losses or inconveniences caused by this error.Improvement: Implementation of better quality control measures to ensure such issues do not occur in the future.I trust the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

They called me to offer me Benefit that came with my RCI benefits and they would be able to to rent our timeshare and funds would be sent over to us. The account Manager Michael said he would guarantee 1500 minimum even if it wasn't rented out and according to him it would bring in $6606.00 it would take an average of 90-100 days to rent. I kept calling to follow up and they would tell me they needed to repost and then the numbers they gave me weren't working numbers. I paid $1998.00.

Several ongoing issues. The initial pitch was that the property would be sold in 2-3 cycles (three month cycles). Nearly 8 cycles passed prior to the pandemic and no feedback at all based on the companies recommended pricing. At this time, I've tried for several months to reach them by leaving messages but no one has responded back. Needless to say, the results have not come anywhere close what they advertised.

I had been receiving calls daily by Better Business Lodging and even after asking to be taken off of their call list I still received calls. I finally listened to their sales pitch and decided to put up some of our HGVC timeshare weeks on their website to be sold. Kevin guaranteed us we would receive $1700-$2100 per week ( we offered to advertise for 6 weeks) with a activation charge of $1598 in early in 2020. There was not a single offer on our listings and when I went to the website I couldn't find my listing even searching the property ID. After a year of no offers I called better business lodging early 2021 and talked with Kevin to replace my add and lower to price to $800-$1000 a week in hopes to redeem what I had initially invested. He assured me the weeks would sell fast because Las Vegas was opening back up after Covid. We still have not received any offers and now I can't get a returned phone call. I want my activation fee back for their fake service.
