This company is a scam. They ************ your money for a promise to sell your timeshare within **** months. Can't get hold of them anymore. We signed up since June of 2021 hoping to be able to get some money selling our timeshare to help get us back on our feet during the pandemic. I was able to contact them once to check what's going on, but I've been told it was listed and no offer yet. We cannot give them any rating better than one unless they correct the problem and refunded our $1,495 deposit as what they said is a 50% for us to go and get their services. They even have to show how they advertise and do the presentation to buyers but i think all those are lies. The guy named ***** saying all the good things of the company, ratings and reviews that i think is all fabricated just to trust them but were wrong. I won't recommend doing business with this company.Review from Doug C

I was told that they would sell my timeshare. I haven't heard anything from them and I have tried to contact them but nothing. I would like my money back as it is a scam. I paid them in December of 2020. I would give them zero stars at this point, unless they make it right.Review from TANIA O

If I could choose zero stars I would. I signed up with them Oct. 2021. I was told, they would be able to sell my timeshare. As for me wanting so bad to sell, I went for it as they promise it. I put $1895 down on a credit card as they seemed and shown they were able to help. Now it's been 2 1/2 years, I am trying to contact them by email and phone but neither are being responded. I can't leave a message cause the voicemail is FULL!!!! THIS IS DEFINIATELY A SCAM!!!! It's so ashame how us workers who earns their hard core money and get scammed. I went personally today as I've been trying to get in contact with them after so many months. I arrived to the building. The building is legit but the Suite is another company. Apparently, this company is NOT THERE!!! I got the owners email information of the building to ask if they were there prior or this company is just illegally using this address as their mailing address. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!!!!!Review from Lynn S

If I could choose zero stars I would. We signed up with them in January 2020 and we’re told they would definitely be able to help us sell our property. We paid our money and they never contacted us unless we contacted them. Up until the two weeks ago they would respond to my emails. Now I can’t reach anyone on the phone or get an email response. We can see our property listed on the website but there has been no activity.Review from Joshua C

I agreed to work with IVR on 1/18/2021 and to this date I have had no resolution to the issues I've faced. The last actual contact that I have had was with an agent saying they had to get approval to refund my money and would contact me once that was done. No phone call has ever been made. Their phone number is still active but the voice-mail box is full and can no longer receive messages. I began working with them on the guarantee that my time share would either be sold within a year or I could get a full refund of the $1200 listing fee that they charged. I agreed to work with them based upon the triple B rating of B they had and feedback they had given other customers that had previous issues with them. They are now rated F.Review from Kay H

I would give zero stars if I could. We signed a contract with them in September of 2021 and paid $1,245. They promised to promote the sale of our timeshare at multiple events, and keep us updated. It is now May of 2023. We have not heard a word from them since September of 2021.Review from Patrick B

Do not trust this company. They are low life miserable scum that doesn't deserve to be a company. Manure is better then these people. Stay away. If I could give them anything less then 1 star I would. The 1 star is way to nice.Review from Elizabeth M

This company is a joke ! They want $1500 to sell your timeshare and then NEVER call with ANY offers and will NOT call you back or work with you and tell lie after lie. False advertisement and misrepresentation !
