This is a SCAM!! They might save you $10-$30 per vacation but you will never get enough savings to justify a $4500 sign up fee. Also, they said we would "personal" concierge but they just have a bank of people that answer the phone. I literally heard someone's children in the background AND I had to fill the next one in on my last conversation. There is nothing PERSONAL about this place!!Review from Saundra K

This company just tried to charge us over 1000 dollars for something we didn't even purchase! Thankfully, our credit card company asked if we authorized and I denied. Something needs to be done about the vacation scams!Review from Alexander F

Once we had access to the website on our own We found this was not for us and now no one will talk to us about getting a refund. We are out $6000 customer service says we need to contact sales but will not give us a number to reach sales on. I also matched pricing and can get better discounts on my own, it would takes years to recoup the $6000 and than have to pay a year fee for the services. It worth it!Review from Judi L

SCAM!! Yes, you will get a BOGO cruise. Ok, not stellar. But as a part of recorded confirmation, you are agreeing to purchase further BOGO travel. WInen not able to, even because of covid and health, I was sued for over $1,200. They let me off the hook for $496. Still working on getting that back. I fell for time share talks freebies in the past. Some are legit but really not worth the hassle.This group is total slime.
