I ordered three cartons of cigars. They are all defective. I would like a refund or replacement. I called them four times and the customer service and supervisors all state that they are not responsible for what they sell.Initial Complaint

I got my order a few days ago, Order No. ****** Placed: 6/14/2022 for 12 cartons of King Edwards Filtered Cigars Regular, the first pack that I opened had a black powder on the filters, some had a hole in the filter and some had little holes in the paper around the tobacco, there had been little bugs or beetles that had ate thru all most all the filtered Cigars. I ordered 12 cartons, 8 looked which like they had bugs. One carton you can see three little pin holes in the package that the packs are in. The 4 cartons looks like they may be ok, but I am not sure unless I open them. Each carton cost $22.99, there are 8 carton's that have had some kind of bug in each pack and would be very unhealthy to smoke. Have tried to email, have not heard from them.Initial Complaint

On 7/2/2021 I ordered from this company. I received the wrong flavor. I called and spoke with Naukley who instructed me to return the package intact, she would refund it and I could place another order. I returned the package and recieved notification from the postal service that they received it. I have not been refunded. 79.94. I've called 4 times only to get a machine. My messages and 2 emails are also not returned.
