ZERO respect for any company who knowingly hires them! Insanely illegal and predatory practices. ****** broke so many laws it would almost be funny if it didnt make me literally super sick. Where to even begin well, my car shouldnt have been towed in the first place, but that could easily be a problem with the horrendous HOA. However, when I dared to ask for the items it literally says on the sign they are legally required to give me, such as my bill, HOA authorization, and explanation of my rights, he shoved my money back at me, said call the police then and slammed the tiny door so I couldnt get my license or registration back. Yes, I called the police! But it took a while, and youre literally stranded with zero shade and no safe way to even cross the street. This dude sat on his lazy **** inside his air conditioned office probably playing on his phone while I, with some pretty severe health issues, almost fainted standing in the sun. I dont know what would have happened if I hadnt had my water bottle and umbrella. These guys think they can get away with anything! They literally broke just about every law in the towing statute. To top it off, I never got any of the documents I asked for, and they may have destroyed my car by carelessly towing it when it had the parking brake on. Again, I didnt even do anything wrong here! As far as I was concerned, I had paid everything I needed to and the parking was taken care of. It took 6 hours or out of my day and may have done permanent harm to my car. Bring a chair, water, umbrella, and deputy. No wonder this company is constantly in the news for illegal towing practices!

These guys are terrible. What they do is illegal they tow cars from the side they drag it out you hear things breaking in the car and they continue. they watch park the car ****** minutes they're grabbing it and pulling it to the next parking lot they unhook and hook it onto another truck and he comes back and gets more right away. They threaten me the driver said I wouldn't leave the car they're overnight I told him that I was legally parked and I also had the hotel pass he said I don't care I'll be back later for yours. I told the hotel staff so they were aware and he was smarting off to her as well. I would like to see these guys on the news these guys are terrible and shouldn't be in business. They do have towaway signs there but if a car is parked in front of it it is not visible and they're only about 4 ft tall so they know exactly what they're doing it is not clear where you can park because it's three different businesses and one small parking lot. I seen families coming out from the resort with a big old smile on their face and then to realize their car is gone kids crying these are terrible people.

This company Is a scam. They are literally pulling people's cars out of a ******* parking lot that clearly says reserved for ******* customers. Only I am an Uber driver I came to ******* to pick up a customer. I stepped foot out of my car for literally 2 minutes to help an assist. The lady out of the store when I came out. My car was gone and I was able to watch It. Drive down the road still running and everything when I called them up. They told me I can come pick it up for a $157. And that was it Today which is the next day. I came back here again and I saw them towing 2 cars. That was gonna talk a lot of *******. Both owners of the vehicles we're inside ******* eating when I confronted them. They came out and the drivers of the tow. ************* did not care. And towed their cars anyway.

We had the worst experience with this group of people last night. They towed our vehicle, they charged me $150 through *****, then the transaction “didn’t go through” and they made me pay again with a credit card because I wanted to go home with my kids. Those guys were really rude and stupid. Now I have $300 less. I’m thinking this business is doing something illegal. They abusing and stilling people money.

They are putting the no parking signs Whatever they want and we have pictures I was with my family from NJ yesterday at **** ****** park in Kissimmee and they towed our car and the driver of the towing truck told one of the lady that her were towed that her mother was a ******* unprofessional We have videos and pictures

Looks like they working with Denny’s. This is not only for BBB, it should be police involved too. Even you show them Danny’s bill you have to pay towing - cash only Horrible Deny, horrible towing company. They are. No gently moved your or any other car. Very disappointed

Yes we are working with Denny's our company have a contract with them so we are doing our job, just learn that private property have rules and if you are not eating at there places they obviously will request to removed the vehicle from there parking lot.

Asked for a tow receipt via email and never received it. Not even a response. They towed my car from Dennys on Irlo Bronson and there are not proper signs posted on the route I pulled in the lot. They also only take cash (unacceptable in 2023) and asked me to sign something to get the car which is legally not required. Did it just to avoid argument in the middle of the night. Luckily I can afford the bullshit tow but I'm sure that would be a hard hit for someone less well off. Stay away from lots that have their signs or businesses that have a partnership with them. Dennys is one!
